   Food has declined in flavor, quality and portion size and increased in price. Service was slow even though the resturant was basically empty at lunchtime.

   Most amazing dining experience and food I have had in a long time, and this was just lunch! Food was beautiful and tasted equally as great as it looked. Not overpowering and the flavors all were well thought out and married together perfectly. Presentation was flawless and the server's knowledge of every ingredient is a rarity these days. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

   I have had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant numerous times, always enjoying a wonderful experience. This is why I chose to celebrate my birthday with friends at the restaurant, bringing a group of ten. Unfortunately, we were seated next to the bar and directly across from a door frequently used by the service staff to access the patio. This led to a rather cold atmosphere and elevated noise levels, making it difficult for us to converse. On a positive note, the food was, as always, excellent. However, I was a bit taken aback by the seating arrangement given that we were celebrating a special occasion.

   OCK is one of our family’s favorite places! We often visit just for drinks & casual dining with family/friends. We have booked family parties here as well . It’s lovely on their patio all seasons even winter with the heaters going. The food is excellent, unique and beautifully served plus the waitstaff & management are serious about making sure their guests are well taken care of and are enjoying their experience.

   Every one of the seven dishes we had was outstanding, with one exception and that one was still very good. Flavorful, perfectly executed, and some of them not at all familiar to us. Service was alert but not rushed. At our request they quickly moved our table because of an extraordinarily loud group close to us, and apparently they then asked that table to quiet down out of concern for others still sitting close to them. We sat outside because inside is really noisy, something that a lot of people don't seem to mind. If not for the above-mentioned obnoxious group, the outside was fine. Great dinner. Wish they had an outpost in LA but when we're visiting in the San Jose area, we'll be back!

    I have dined at OCK on many occasions, and for the most part, have always enjoyed my meals there. Today, however, was a little different. My meal was absolutely terrible. The sandwich I had ordered came out to me with super soggy bread and a less than warm chicken breast that had been soaked in some kind of oily sauce, so the coating on the chicken that was supposed to have been “crispy”was anything but. I guess when you’re paying $23 for a sandwich, you kinda expect to get something a little better than what I got. Our server was great and super friendly, but clearly he saw how much of my meal I had not eaten. I explained that the bread was so soggy that there was no way I would have been able to eat the sandwich without it falling apart and making a huge mess. I also explained that I thought the sandwich had been sitting back in the kitchen for a while my companions meal was being prepared. In any case, my food was just not good and unfortunately, the server did not offer to make right the mess that was my meal. I’m sure this was just a one off, but it simply was not a great dining experience today.
