   Everything was great as usual!! Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the smash potatoes. They comped it as I only ate 2 or 3 of them since they felt under cooked and the cheese that went with it wasn’t very good either.

   As always, Orchard City Kitchen is a gem. The pork chop and chicken fried sausage stuffing stood out though everything else we had was also fantastic. Those two dishes are just that good. Always love to get some KFC, the Langos is amazing as well, and the Duck Breast, though we filled up before we had a chance to enjoy those on this visit. The menu frequently changes and great dishes come and go, keeping the experience fresh. Thank you OCK. Keep up the incredible work.

   Excellent food and service. Chairs are wooden and uncomfortable. Noise was thru the roof on a Friday night. Couldn’t hear anyone in our party of four. Initially our reservation was for outside ( only availability) but hostess found us a table inside cuz it was cold that night.

   I called to ask if we had an inside table for our reservation, as there are no options for this on the website. I was told our table was inside. We arrived and it was outside, on a very chilly evening. The heaters only work from the table up, if you are sitting next to them. All the ladies wearing dresses had cold legs and feet, and those sitting away from the heaters were cold period. Food arrived before any cocktails or waters were served. I ordered coffee with cream please…was brought coffee with sweetener’s, and asked again for cream, three separate times. It finally arrived when my coffee was cold, quickly dropped off, with no explanation or option to at least have my coffee warmed up. The server said he comped it, but I didn’t drink it, since it was as cold as I was. It was a “surprise” birthday, which was confirmed online, with OCK requesting the name of the birthday party. Was handed the check, and had to ask the server, in front of the surprise birthday guest for a birthday dessert. The server was friendly, but did not check in very often, and the bussers were not able to accommodate things we needed. The food was awesome, but the service was severely lacking. If you’re short staffed let us know. If I go back it will be with as a party of 2, who can sit at the bar, inside if it’s too cold out, and with the bartender in front of me to take orders as needed. Severely disappointed with the rating this restaurant has.

   Always have fantastic food and service when we come here. Even though they keep the menu fresh since it changes seasonally, our favorites are always there (udon garlic noodles, biscuits & butter, KFC, and truffle burger!). We originally made an outside reservation since that's all that was available, but they were able to accommodate us inside for a party of 6, which we really appreciated. Will be back!

    Celebrated a birthday, first time eating here and it was excellent. Arrived for happy hour and stayed for dinner service. Had three happy hour cocktails between us: old fashioned, chi chi rodriguez (vodka/coconut), and the daily special (bourbon/mango/chili), all perfectly balanced. For food: hamachi crudo (every component spectacular, our favorite), kabocha squash (had a really nice blue cheese mousse), wood-fired artichoke (maybe a little too much smoke for us but that didn’t stop us), and the bone marrow pasta (really good but I’m glad we shared it; would have been pretty heavy for one of us alone). Nice to be able to see into the kitchen too, and gave us some ideas for next time: the bacon + biscuits looked really good, as did the scallops and the steak. Great service, attentive but not overdone, felt special. Thanks, we’ll be back for sure!
