   Service was virtually non-existent. It took us over 15 minutes to get beer and wine from the bar. The server never checked up on us, and, because it was a holiday, we were forced to give a 20% tip for absolutely horrible service. We saw our waiter less than 5 times the entire evening and went through multiple periods where we had nothing to eat or drink for 15+ minutes. The lobster dumplings were caked in cinnamon and served in a sauce that was clearly sitting out. It was congealed by the time it got to us. We both took one bite of the dumplings before deciding to not even touch them again. The lobster cavatappi was decent, and the filet mignon was good. Overall, this place is over priced and not worth the money. If you want to charge what you’re charging, you need to justify it. And the terrible service and mediocre food was not worth what we spent. Most likely, I will never return.

   HUGE disappointment here. We had reservations at the restaurant on 2/15 expecting to eat from the regular menu and we were seated. I asked to have the regular menu and they said we would have to eat in the bar area. They seated us at a table right next to the door of the hotel. It was freezing and raining out. The bartender came over with menus and it was the same menu as the pri fixe menu but ala carte! This is NOT the reason we came.We wanted the regular menu. There was nothing on the website stating that we would be forced to eat from this menu. We (4 of us) tried to make the best of it. We got some apps and then for dinner got 3 filets and the lobster cavatappi. Only 1 of the filets was cooked med rare. The other 2 were very rare. My lobster cavatappi tasted like fishtank. It was really pretty terrible. We got dessert and all ate that because we were starving and freezing (did I mention we all ate with our coats on because it was freezing?) Wanted this to be such a special night with my family and it really was beyond disappointing. Really wish we had the special night we had hoped for.

   Awesome service. We were late for our reservation and the manager was kind enough to accommodate us. Our waiter George was amazing. From his attentiveness to his recommendations of food was phenomenal. Will definitely come back when the weather get nice so we can sit outside.

    Overall, we had a nice time, but the food doesn’t give me a wow factor. The lobster dumplings were rather cold and needed some type of broth to make it more tasty. The pork shank was cooked beautifully, but lacked seasoning.
