The living room exudes a nostalgic ambiance adorned with vintage whisky bottles from the 1920s and cherished family heirlooms, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere that pays homage to both artistry and history. Immerse yourself in the distinctive blend of canine creativity and vintage charm that sets our venue apart from anything you've encountered before. The restaurant was built around a vitage 1920s soutwestern territorial house, with original fireplaces and ceilings and rich, warm decor in the lounge and our private wine cellar. We had been here a few years ago, liked it, thought we would go again. Upon arrival, we noticed the entire open area outside was set up for a "private event". It felt compelelty differnet this time. The cute store was closed. The gelato and candy shop was closed. We were dessappointed. In the past we enjoyed a nice dinner, walked thru the cute little store, then enjoyed some gelato out of the green area. The completely ambiance was chaotic becuase of the function going on in the center of everything. We had dinner, which took a while because the "event" was being served food from the same kitchenn as the resturant. There are too many other places in the are to choose from, we won't be choosing this restuant again. They called, texted and emailed to confirm our reservation. They should have told us about the event. We would have reschuduled our reservation with no hard feeelings.

Our server Andy and the owner, Andy both were very personable and hospitable. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and when several employees joined in singing happy birthday to our friend, Kim!

Bartender Mike was great and took care of us at the bar for drinks and dinner. Our problem was with the manager who was talking bad about customers and staff where we could hear. He stated that he wasn't going to move a lady indoors at her request because she said she wanted to sit outside when she arrived. He also said "Mike, you need to take these tables because all the servers are whining they are overwhelmed." Meanwhile the Manager just stood around doing nothing to help the staff. Mike asked him to get a keg from the back and he acted so offended and then got someone else to do it while he stood around. Food was great and Mike was great but not sure we will be back because of the Manager.

The prime rib special (Fri and Sat night) was good but not great. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes. YGTBKM

What a great find. My son is attending GCU so still just discovering places in the area. We started with the Garden plate - Hummus and the most delicious veg. Then I had pizza and he had fish and chips. Both just delicious dishes. We had no too. For dessert unfortunately. The manager Andy came over and chatted and was lovely and our server Renee was so sweet and great. The restaurant had a beautiful feel to it very pretty.

Fun atmosphere. Nice outdoor setting. Great for a relaxed morning catching up with an old friend. Excellent wait staff.
