We had an exceptional experience during our visit. The outside staff went above and beyond by assisting me as I arrived with my baby and two toddlers in tow. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel very comfortable, and the entire staff exceeded our expectations. The afternoon tea was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. There were a couple of other families with toddlers and babies as well. My own toddlers, aged 3 and 6, were seated throughout the meal. Once they finished eating, they were excited to see the Christmas tree outside and walked a little quickly in their excitement. Unfortunately, one of the other guests, an older gentleman, commented rudely, asking us to control the children. While we understand that shared spaces require mutual respect, we felt it was an unnecessary remark, as public places naturally involve a lively atmosphere. Despite this minor incident, the staff’s exceptional service and the lovely ambiance made our visit truly enjoyable. Definitely will visit again

I had the pleasure of experiencing afternoon tea recently, and it was truly delightful. The food was amazing, with an impressive selection of sandwiches, scones, and pastries that were as visually appealing as they were delicious. The ambience was lovely, offering a relaxing and elegant setting perfect for such an indulgent experience. A live pianist played softly in the background, adding a sophisticated and calming touch that enhanced the atmosphere without overwhelming it. The service was incredible, attentive without being intrusive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt special. Overall, it was a memorable afternoon filled with wonderful food and great service! The whole experience was really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The food was Okie, the scones didn’t really taste of anything. The little tart was lovely. Staff were very nice, and a huge shout out to Tony the door man. He was amazing, he made our day, so funny and friendly. The building and decoration is beautiful.

The afternoon tea was great, i would have been nice if the christmas menu was already out especially with the winter illuminations down the road, it makes a whole day of festive experience

A wonderful visit on the 8th November for a special birthday treat. Emma in the reservations team went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for our visit and was just so helpful and understanding of our circumstances. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service was outstanding also! I’d go to say not only is this is the best afternoon tea we have ever had, but the location is stunning also! Thank you for making my mums birthday so special

Very nice experience. If you like good atmosphere with top service with modern look this is for you. All teas you can try are perfect and you will find the one you like. Unique food you won’t regret. Must try!!!
