Orelle is a modern French restaurant located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, situated in the heart of the city’s business district and comprises a restaurant, cocktail bar, all-day café and terrace.

The name Orelle draws inspiration from the French words for gold (or) and her (elle). It is also the name of a French mountain village.

Orelle offers 360-degree, panoramic views across the city and beyond. Open for lunch and dinner, Orelle will serve a menu featuring both classic and modern French dishes. The small but beautifully designed bar will offer both classic and innovative cocktails, all expertly crafted by some of Birmingham’s best mixologists.

Come and celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with family, friends or colleagues. You can enjoy our 3 Course Christmas Menu for £130. Credit Card Details will be required to secure bookings at the reservation to collect a deposit of £50 per person at a later date. Cancellation Policy: If a booking is cancelled with less than 1 weeks' notice or No Show, the deposit will be retained. Your reservation is subject to 2 hours return time.

    Slightly disappointed by the whole experience. I paid for a window table, which we got but it was right at the very end by the stairwell door which meant there was a lot of people traffic behind us. There was also a lot of noise from the area behind us which may have been a back door to the bar/service area. The service was okay but not great and the food was mediocre. This is the third time I have eaten at Orelle and by far the most disappointing. Considering it was meant to be a special occasion, there seemed to be little attention to detail and a very hurried experience. The food was luke warm and it has certainly put me off returning. This is meant to be a stand out restaurant which it will remain that for the aesthetic and views but not for the food.

    Orelle would be near the top of the list on somewhere to dine for absolutely any occasion. Whether you are just wanting amazing food or an exceptional experience with that something a little bit special…. Orelle will not disappoint. The blackout event is a “must experience” and will live up to and surpass the highest of expectations. The best restaurant in Birmingham, food is amazing, the service from the team always absolutely perfect and the view of the city is fab. I look forward to returning again. Enjoy 🙂

    Superb location with fantastic views. Went for Sunday lunch & the fixed menu price seemed very reasonable. Unfortunately, many options carried a supplement. I chose the beef for the main course which was very nice but unfortunately the gravy let it down. It was pale & tasteless & only warm rather than piping hot. I chose the chocolate cake for dessert which was fine but certainly not amazing. More on the lines of something you'd expect from a chain pub. Having said all that, thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Orelles & would visit again as a special treat.
