   The High Tea experience was a little lacking. You get an individual tea bad and a small tea pot to share with water that was def not hot. The food items look great in photos but are actually very very small. The two scones per person are the size of a match box and were hard and crumbly. The savories although tiny were tasty. The desserts on top were just average. Overall not the high tea experience I was hoping for and I don't think it's worth $50.

   We went for afternoon tea and were really disappointed with the quality of food and service. We arrived on time with our reservation and still waited a while to be seated although there were plenty of empty tables. We were served Stash brand tea which is like one step up from Tetly. Normally tea service would come with 2 or 3 types of finger sandwiches but this only came with one, plus two micro paste tarts. The sandwich was clearly made hours previously because the bread was soggy and cream cheese was dried and cracked on top. Our server was terribly impersonal. She asked if we were celebrating anything and we said yes, two milestone birthdays...then she said and did nothing. Not even a "happy birthday" or "thanks for coming". It was annoying needing to share the small teapot of hot water back and forth across the table. The dessert layer was good as were the small scones but not good enough to want to go back. I can see why they want you to pay in full at the time of the reservation.

   Went for high tea. Very overpriced. The tip was applied and was 20%, and the service was bad, not attentive. The cost at 50$ per person was expensive for the amount of food provided. Only allowed 1 tea bag per person. No spoons provide with the condiments Location was lovely.

   Food was good and well presented. Water for tea wasn’t hot. Mimosa bar deceiving. If you cannot have more than one flavor of juice for the bottle with 2 people it’s not really a bar. Suggest individual mimosas. Option to have more than one kind of tea.

   Was excited to try their high tea, and scope out the place as a possibility to add to place to go out for dinner another day. High tea is pre-booked and pre paid for, including gratuities. We as a party of four and also another party of four next to us, given the smallest square tables off to the side, while they put parties of 2 or 3 in large round tables in the center of the restaurant, I could barely reach for anything without hitting something else on the table. They came by with the high tea tray, and there was no room for anything. So we were expected to move stuff and make space for them. They came by carrying all the plates and dishes, while there was no room for anything. When we asked why they had set us up this way, the manager didn’t even bother to come talk to us, made the poor waitress handle it all until the end, then came over when we asked for the bill (we ordered other drinks) to ask if we had an issue, as if he didn’t know what was going on. There are many other restaurants to go for high caliber dining in the city. This short sightedness to just put customers in whatever table they had available and this poor customer service does not encourage a repeat visit, and certainly not for the price of the food.

   The food itself was decent - scones were a table favourite! Experience didn't run super smoothly - few minor snags/inconsistencies/service issues. Overall mediocre experience, especially for the price.

   We had Hanna as our server and she was amazing!! She was so helpful with the menu and helped us decide what was the best meals to order. Our food came out fast and was unbelievable! Will be returning.
