   We really enjoyed our visit. The place is beautiful and the food was delicious. The waitress recommended a few items which we ordered and we enjoyed them all. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

   I was so excited to try Oro, and was sadly very disappointed. The server was probably the worst part for us… he wasn’t rude or anything like that, but just not up to par. He wouldn’t come check on us to order for quite a while, then when I finally was able to order a glass of wine, he forgot, and I had to remind him after the appetizers. After our meal finally came, he left while the table was trying to ask to get some pepper. It took actually an other person (unsure if staff or not) to signal to him we had been trying to get his attention (he was talking to someone at the bar and our table was about a meter away ish, we would have stood up to ask if the passer by hadn’t signalled him so thank you stranger!). Even asking for bill we had to remind him as we waited. Just a lot of us waiting, which if we could see he was extremely busy and working hard to attend to everyone, we would’ve completely understood. But he seemed to be socializing with the bartender, then someone who was seated at the bar he seemed to know, again right by us. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to service workers, but this seemed lazy to me. Otherwise, our table had mixed reviews about the food depending on what we ordered. More so that the price of everything seemed way too high for what we were getting. I actually loved my entree, I had potato leak ravioli. But I know the rest of my table was disappointed with their orders. It was also insanely hot in there haha but it sounds like there was just a temporary issue with their furnace/ac so I would never hold that against them. I’m sure that will get resolved. Though I loved that ravioli, I won’t be going again as the prices are too high and service wasn’t good. (for my 8 ounce of red wine, the lowest price was 22ish$ if I remember correctly) The chef clearly is good! But the prices and some of the portions should probably be adjusted. Go to pyro if you want to go to LOCA. We had a way better experience there.

   Gross food, but good vibes. Paying for the atmosphere I guess. Super pricey for nothing. Server was really sweet.

   Food and service were exceptional. We had the fires for appt, the steak supper with risotto and gnocchi as the sides. And the pudding for dessert.

   The service was exceptional. Abby was fantastic, very personable. We came to celebrate a birthday. The drinks were very good over all, only one we disliked and only because of the garnish choice, my partner choked on it a bit. Meals were priced high but were tasty. The sharable meal really wasn't all that large. The meat to risotto ratio was off for Osso Bucco. Overall the atmosphere was very nice, music was quite enough to encourage talking but also very tasteful.

   Disappointed in the food. Lobster pasta was dry, no flavour, no sauce and vey little lobster . Caesar salad and wine was great.

   Highly recommend this restaurant. The pasta is outstanding and the cocktails delicious. It’s expensive but totally worth it! If you like pasta then you must try this place! The spaghetti smoked beef ragu and potato & leek ravioli are amazing!

    Incredible service. Incredible food. We had arancini and the mushroom toast to start. Best arancini I’ve ever had with a crunchy exterior and a center oozing with cheese. The sablefish for our main was buttery and perfectly cooked. Delicious! The lobster pasta was exquisite. It wasn’t just a piece of lobster on some pasta, as you could tell that the sauce was infused with the shells and lobster essence and was deeply flavorful. we are anxious to go back and try something new.
