Her name was Isabel H, our server. She was HORRIBLE. I brought my 2-niece to experience the Afternoon Tea. We NEVER expected to received such horrible service from Isabel. she never came to check on us if we need anything else. She brough me my bill 45-minutes early, mind you we were still eating. She ask us we wanted water, we said yes. We keep looking for her, went we saw her I ask for the water. She never brought it. 3-time around, she give the bottle of water to another server to give it us. I had to open the bottle and pour it for us. One of the table was not stable, it rocking back and forth. We told her and yet she never look into it. I still TIP her because i know what's it like to work in service industry. Is this the service Oscar Wilde provided? Very disappointed. I would never recommend Oscar Wilde to anyone.

Food was great but they tried to squeeze us all on a small high too which just did not work - was not physically enough space for drinks and plates. Very very loud and happening and co Stanley being jostled - would have been great for snacks and drinks but not dinner. Staff at the fro t were also v rude

Very fun atmosphere and vibe! Tables are too close together. Could barely move. Food was good pub grub.

This is the second time I've been to this chain of restaurants in a couple of weeks and again the service was *not* stellar. We arrived 8 minutes early for our reservation and were warned that if we were seated then (in a nearly empty restaurant) that we only had 90mins. and the timer would start. During our meal we were never checked on and had to wave our waitress down to get the cup of coffee I ordered with my meal that never came. When the coffee came, the table was able to order additional drinks, but only because we asked, not because we were approached proactively. Bussers did come to clear the table, but while we were still eating, going so far as to reach over someone actively cutting a sausage to remove the salt in front of him. The text message reminding us our timeslot was ending (again, in a restaurant with MANY open tables) was honestly too much, especially considering we had to again flag our waitress down for the bill. Never once during our meal were we approached for anything, we always had to ask. And this is the exact same experience my group had at other restaurants in this chain. We come for the decor and the ambiance of the space but I honestly don't know if I'll be coming back after a second experience like this.

The Decoration is amaizing imposible to compare with another place in the seasons, the servers very helpfully, the music and environment apropied spooky but the food was delicious. I will to recomend to everybody the burrata salad the tasting is unique and the humus plate is really home made Mediterranean recipe, drinks are art crafted i dont remember the names others plates , but whoever is reading this, you can enjoy there some kind of art in the food thank you Oscar Wild my friends and I got a Beautyfull and funny experience. ❤️

The Halloween decorations are so crazy and fun at this restaurant. A must go place for Halloween!

El bar es espectacular. Fuimos en Halloween y era impresionante la decoración. No hemos visto tanta decoración y tan linda en otros bares. La comida esta muy bien. Los precios son elevados como Todo lo de moda en NY. La musica muy buena. Recomiendo y si vuelvo a NY hare otra reservación

Despite reservations, it took 40 minutes before we got our table (with no explanation). And once we placed our order, it took another 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive. The food is good and the environment is cool, but the long waits and extremely loud atmosphere made for a less-than-ideal night out with friends.

Amazing experience, we loved it there. The food, the ambiance and the cocktails all excellent. The noise level was not too much, just what you would expect from a place @💯 occupancy, being so popular. Service excellent, reservation recommended! Decorated over the top, just wowed and we are local residents and not easily impressed 🤩👌✨
