    Overpriced casual fine dining. Staff was not well trained and sub par for what you would expect from a casual fine dining establishment. Hostess was unprofessional when asking for a booth. She laughed as if I lwas making a joke. Food runner brought my plate of food and not wife's. Took 10 minutes for server to notice mistake. Staff was joking and very disorganized. Spending $140 on dinner i expect more. Still left server a 20% tip because we all got bills to pay. But, in no way did he earn it. Desert was excellent. Steaks were mediocre. Appetizer was also medicore. Mocktails were excellent.

    We absolutely love this place, and had the best service tonight. Their BBQ menu was fantastic and we will be coming back soon!

    The food, drinks, and atmosphere wonderful and the server absolutely spectacular! We will definitely go back, it was a place. We’ve never been to even living in Spokane for many years now we know how wonderful it is.

    Our experience was excellent. There was some initial confusion about this dinner and show program, but it went very smoothly and I expect we’ll do it again.

    David , our waiter really made the experience. He was so friendly and helpful and pleasant. We were a group of 4 ladies with one visiting from Australia and it made for a wonderful, memorable experience.

    We had the most wonderful server, Elias, a Gonzaga University graduate. The Igloo was warm, cozy, with blankets and heaters. The experience was a great way to celebrate with friends on Christmas.

    The Osprey igloo in Spokane was an excellent experience. Only downside was the open table app. The app needs improvements. Hard to navigate.
