   Excellent experience! Server was very friendly, and we were introduced to the manager and dessert chef. Felt like we were all friends by the time we left.

   Osso was recommended to us but then we were hesitant because it was so available on a busy Saturday evening in downtown Houston. It was great - good service and excellent food. A hidden gem!

   The server Emily was AMAZING! From the host, to the server, to the servers assistant, to the chefs, from start to finish everything was AMAZING! Thank you Emily for making my friends birthday special!

   Love coming down to osso & kristalla! The specials are great and the servers and bartenders always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming! We are definitely going to be some regulars since moving into the building! Excited for the rest of the year and see the rotating seasonal menus!

   Service was good from the wait staff. Bar was backed up due to a large party, but understandable. Ordered an espresso martini that was served in a wine glass. Visually was not appealing and struggled to enjoy it. The lasagna was great and had amazing flavors.

   Absolutely fantastic experience. Amazing food unlike any other restaurant I’ve been to before. Service was impeccable reservation process on open table was easy, and insured. We had a spot to sit when we arrived.

   We arrived on time for our reservation, but there were several other events happening at the same time. They found a place for 3 adults and one over-tired toddler. They cleaned up a spilled drink quickly, and just overall helped keep things moving without making us feel rushed.It was great!

    Great experience! Staff & customer service were phenomenal, and the food was great to match. Wish this were in my home town to have as a go-to location, but it’s a must-go if you’re in Houston!
