Enjoyed a great dinner for two. Tried two different pasta dishes that were both excellent. Great wine selection, service, and ambience. Highly recommend!

It is an Italian gem in NYC that delivered on authenticity but had a few quirks. The cacio e pepe was spot-on—perfectly al dente pasta coated in a rich, peppery, and cheesy sauce that transported me straight to Rome. But the real standout? The tiramisu. Creamy, delicate, and with just the right balance of coffee and sweetness, it was hands-down better than any I’ve had in Italy. That said, the dining experience had its challenges. The table was tiny—so small that we could barely fit a bottle of water, a glass of wine, and the breadbasket all at once. It felt a bit cramped, which took away from the otherwise wonderful meal.

Osterio Nonnino was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing. We started with the Polenta Appetizer which was fantastic. After that we had the Oso Bucco and Spaghetti Pomodoro which were also wonderful. We ordered the Tiramisu which was a fantastic experience. It is made tableside which was very enjoyable and the flavor was absolutely amazing. The service was very good and the atmosphere was very intimate. All an all an incredible experience.

Last night, I had an incredible dining experience at Osteria Nonnino. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The service was top tier, friendly and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the chicken parm, and it was absolutely outstanding! It was fresh, flavorful and cooked to perfection. But the real highlight was The Tiramisu. They prepare it right in front of you which adds an extra touch of magic to the experience. It was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this spot, and I’m definitely coming back!

I’ve been here multiple times and I feel the food quality is progressively getting worse. My friend got the chicken parm special and it was too stringy and chewy for him to eat much. We didn’t say anything until we were asked (believe it was by the busser, not the server) and were surprised that there were no follow up efforts done. I had the cacio pepe again and found it bland. Maybe an off night. I’ll give them another chance tho.

Host was inhospitable, surly server, food was fine (not better, not worse), but there were 4 birthday celebrations while we were there, which suggested that it was a neighborhood sort of spot. Handsome surroundings.

We enjoyed a lovely meal here while on our holiday to New York. Immediately the service was attentive and this carried on throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and cocktails tasted amazing. We will definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting the city!
