Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. Really enjoyed this place. Professional service, high quality food, and nice atmosphere with easy in and out at Red Rock Resort. The pastas are excellent and I believe handmade. Enjoyed wonderful roasted carrots and a great cheesecake for dessert. Prices are fairly reasonable and people can split a pasta and main course, or a pizza, and have a great meal.

We hadn’t visited this restaurant since they remodeled. This may not be the best restaurant for a romantic evening as it is open and a bit loud. We ordered a Caesar salad, lasagna and bolognese. All were very good. Prices are a bit higher than normal since it is in a hotel, but we enjoyed our meals. The service was very good. We would go again.
