We had the Prime Rib Eye Steaks which were full of flavour and tender, sweet potato baked had delicious honey flavour and nicely cooked vegetables. All service staff were friendly and helpful. We bought the huge glass mug style glass after enjoying a huge beer in one, we will bring the family back for sure! Thankyou to the chefs was very full and satisfied.

We recently visited Outback Steakhouse, and while the experience was good overall, there were a few things that held it back from being great. The steak was undeniably tasty and tender, but for an eye fillet, there was a surprisingly large portion of fat, which was disappointing. Additionally, the sides were initially forgotten in my order. To their credit, once I notified the the staff, they promptly rectified this mistake, showing good customer service. However, the “loaded” sweet potato left much to be desired—it was just butter and sprinkle of cinnamon, not quite what I expected from a loaded side. Overall, the flavors were enjoyable, and the staff was courteous, but a little more attention to detail would have made the experience exceptional.

We've been eating here since it opened years ago and it was by far our worst experience ever at this location. We ordered simple beers and steaks. We waited approx 20min before our steaks came out. I paid an extra $3 for the cheese and bacon chips as one of my sides. They were lukewarm, and there was no bacon. Still waiting for drinks, soup and salad. I reminded the server. It took another 10min to get our beer/ginger beer. I then reminded the server that we still hadn't received our soup/salad. It was another 5min before they arrived. The potato soup was cold, thankfully the salad was tasty. Considering this disasterous dinner cost $130, we won't be returning anytime soon, if ever again.

Food was not hot, drinks & food were all served so far apart & so randomly with drinks coming at the same times as sides, entrees coming out so much ahead of the mains & so much space between each other we didn’t even get to enjoy the food together. The biggest compliment would go to the lovely staff singing happy birthday & bringing the cake out for my beother. Would not recommend or return.

We thought we were going to get into the restaurant with a bit of a wait as there was quite a queue however that wasn’t the case and we were served very promptly! Food was outstanding and it was SO GREAT to see MOCKTAILS on the menu for a few of my team who are non drinkers. We had a really great night! At the end of the night, we were blown away by the staff at the level of cleanliness, pulling all the cushions off every single chair and seat. What a fantastic job you all did (can you see we enjoyed to so much I had to tell my team we needed to leave as everyone else had gone already ! Happy Christmas to the Aspley Steakhouse crew!
