We are a contemporary, casual dining steakhouse restaurant beloved worldwide. Currently with 6 restaurants in NSW and 2 in Queensland, we are located on the Penrith Panthers complex. We pride ourselves on serving up variety: our unbeatable steak cuts are complemented by delicious choices of chicken, ribs, seafood and pasta at a price for everyone.

Our strategy? We're the leader of the pack by emphasizing consistently high quality delicious food delivered in a warm, welcoming environment.

    Our reservation was for 7.15pm. We were seated around 7.30pm. We knew exactly what we were going to order and didn’t get served until 8pm. Drinks came within minutes and our 1 appetiser which was wings came within a reasonable time but no plates for us and waitress wasn’t around so we lay our napkins on the table and ate the wings, not long after we got the caesar salads which were the sides to our mains and all you can taste was garlic (I love garlic) but you literally couldn’t taste anything else, no dressing flavour whatsoever, just garlic. The bowl of the appetiser along with a mountain of serviettes were still on our table when the waitress came over to take more drink orders. We got our mains around 9.15pm (whilst watching the customer’s that came in after us eating their meals). One of the meals we ordered was a shared sirloin with the signature jus, I believe they completely forgot about the jus, and we hadn’t ordered any sauce so it was a bland tasting steak. Also no plates. We got them after asking twice. NEVER AGAIN!!

    We have eaten here many times. We ordered the tomahawk steak and razor back ribs as our main after entrees. The steak came out cold. It took 1/2 hour of been seated before me waving down a wait staff to order a drink. It took 1.5 hours to receive our main meals. I understand Saturday nights are bust but with a bill over $300 service could be improved upon. Definitely a little disappointed this time round.

    If you order entree first and still decide on mains it’s very hard to get your mains taken after that, the same with drinks you order a drink and it’s very hard to get someone to order another when you have finished. Food was pretty average for the price of it, warm not hot. We went a few months and it was the same thing, figured we would give it another go and it was the same quality.

    Service was amazing. They got the kids meals out super quickly, which was great. Food was delicious.

    Normally we have a great experience at this restaurant but this time it was so poor. While the food was great as usual it took so long to get drinks and our mains arrived before the entrees and when we said something she bought them straight out which tells me they were just sitting out there. The restaurant wasn’t even busy

    We were seated in the outdoor area and the service was terrible. It was not just our table but all other patrons seated in this area. No one came to collect plates, ask if you wanted another drink , or dessert. I understand there is a App to order from, but we were paying cash and you shouldn't need to use an App to order food. Will not be going back!

    For a table of 8 guest we were placed at the back squished together we had to ask to be seated with more room. It took forever for someone the serve us. The food was fine. There was a lack of servers available to assist I had to get up to find someone for a box to take what wasn’t eaten. Also had to chase someone for the bill.
