I've dined at this location on several locations and on every occasion the service has been fantastic which is why I keep coming back! The only issue I have is the inconsistency of the food. I often order the same thing everytime but get something different each time I order. The flavours and portion sizes change between visits which makes it hard to confidently order anything. This time I ordered a side of veggies and they came out so crunchy my partner could hear the crack and asked if they were raw (luckily I don't mind crunchy carrots too much but undercooked beans and broccoli is not the most pleasant). I've also gotten into the habit of asking for my steak to be a level up in terms of cooking to what I want because I once ordered medium and the steak came out still bloody... the meat is well seasoned and as stated before the staff are incredible and the vibe is lovely (the cow lights are beautiful). But it's tricky when the food is sometimes amazing and sometimes leaving a lot to be desired. I also want to commend the kitchen staff because I know yesterday was valentines day so they were likely just over run with orders.

We thoroughly enjoyed the evening & the food quality & drinks were exceptional. Only downer was it was a little stuffy so not sure if the air con was not working too well but cant say anything negative on the experience otherwise.
