   Each person in our party thought their entree was exceptional and the shared beet salad appetizer excellent. Our server Sarah was top notch - friendly and knowledgeable. One person in our party is in a wheelchair and they had our table ready and waiting with a chair pulled away and plenty of room for us to navigate the space. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

   The Beef Carpaccio was outstanding! As were the fresh pasta dishes. Highly recommend!

   What a gem of a restaurant in Parker! The food was ahhhh-mazing. The wine selection was on -point and the friendliness of all staffs was 5 stars. We were lucky enough to have Sarah as our server. Her recommendations were spot on and her service was top notch. Our group strongly recommends the calamari, gnocchi, fuscelli(sp) and the short rib ravioli. We will for sure head back again soon!

   We are huge WestMain Tap fans so it was an easy decision to try Ovest Via. The service was wonderful. It was a little loud but the restaurant was full so that wasn't completely unexpected. The food did take a while but was amazing once it arrived. We'll definitely be back!

   Outstanding food! I had the salmon and my husband had the short ribs. Very delicious! Will definitely make this one of our "go to" restaurants in Parker, Co.

   First time visiting. Great experience with good food for the cost. I feel the restaurant may be suffering from success as we had to wait for our table longer than expected due to the restaurant being busy - probably a good problem to have but hopefully gets better over time. Looking forward to coming back!
