Welcome to Owen's Bar.

Passed down through generations, Owen’s is a family-run pub with a legacy of over 50 years.

Join us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, seven days a week and choose from various menus of delicious home-made food, including our wood fired pizzas.

We also have a fabulous selection of Beers, Spirits and Cocktails.

Why not book a table in our beer garden! With more than 50 tables, we have two outdoor bars, a brand-new outdoor pizza oven and outdoor toilet facilities. No matter the weather, we can accommodate throughout the seasons. All outdoor areas can be completely covered.

Arrived before our booking time table not ready said still cleaning and setting up upstairs waited over half an hour past our booking time. Went upstairs it smelled damp and the floor looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop and was still wet and dirty. No heating it was absolutely freezing could not take coat off entire time we were there. Ordered food and it did not arrive as stated on menu waitress had to to go back and bring the salsa, cheese etc that should have been on the dish. Every time we went to bar to order drinks it was different price only noticed this when checked my bank the next morning. Last order was 2 gin and lemonade and 4 baby Guinness £28 this seems bit expensive when 2 gin and lemonade cost between £8 and £9. Over all NOT IMPRESSED!

What a great find! Have driven passed many times, but decided to go in the other week and was totally bowled over! These folks have certainly got it right, which is why it's still going after nearly 60 years. Ambience, food, staff, service were all fabulous, couldn't have asked for better. Well stocked bar too. This will now be our go to place. We'll done Owens family.

Brilliant experience as usual out celebrating my 50th and got a surprise dessert from Owens. Fantastic service and ambience.

Tables too close together, not much room to move, felt a bit claustrophobic. Food was good though.

The authentic Italian 🇮🇹 pizza definitely is authentic. We are not long back from 2 weeks multi centre Italian holiday so can say that with confidence. My son loved his cheeseburger and he doesn’t say that lightly as is very picky about them. Hubbie loved the curry. We sat inside but had a nosey at the beer garden and it’s absolutely lovely. Will definitely be back.

Arrived at 6.45pm to be told pub closes at 8.30pm. Nothing on their website. Our table was booked for 7pm.Food was ok but wanted potatoes with my steak pie and they brought chips. No time to change order. Was charged for extra side order £3.95 and glass coke £2.50 which we hadn't ordered. On the plus side, staff were very nice.
