On this visit there were not many people at the time we arrived so the noise level was low. As the evening progressed more people arrived and the noise level grew more noticeable but, one could hold a conversation with their guest and still be heard. Food has always been good quality and the service good too. The wine selection could offer a better range of price and quality with a bit more variety in vineyards selection. Will return again.

Good, Traditional Italian Food. Three of us enjoyed a pleasant dinner at Pacino's early on a Monday evening. The bar area had several customers (happy hour was just concluding), but the restaurant area was mostly empty -- not unusual for early on a Monday evening in Mesa. We ordered two appetizers: the calamari and a sampler of their bruschetta. Some of the bruschetta was very good, some was simply okay. The calamari was the traditional deep-fried rings served with marinara. It was good. My wife had the caprese salad. The mozzarella was soft and moist; the tomatoes were fresh and flavorful. We each had a different entree. Mine was the veal parmigiana. It was excellent. The veal was tender and the sauce, while flavorful, did not overpower the veal. The veal came with a side of spaghetti with meat sauce. There was a lot of meat in the sauce, robust without being too spicy. It, too, was excellent. My wife had the chicken piccata, which was served with roasted potatoes and asparagus. It must have been very good because she didn't offer to share. Our daughter chose the pasta sampler. She said it was very good. We'll be back.

The only thing bad was that they didn't show us as having a reservation, luckily we were early enough. Hopefully open table gave us our points. We will use it more times in the future. Our server was Meredith, she was very good! Went with another couple that had been before and suggested we try it, so we will be back again! Had Chicken Marsala and my husband had Lasagne, both excellent!

We generally like Pacino's as a neighborhood dinner spot. Food has been good . We selected Pacino's for Father's Day. It was a little disappointing. Only a buffet was available and food quality was average. Tables were added and pushed together in a tight space which made going back and forth to the buffet a little work. Overall experience ok, but probably wouldn't do it again.

Great food! Loved the live music. The place was busy but service did not suffer. The noise level was pleasant. I had meat lasagna my wife had spegetie and meat balls. Portions were good and as I said it tasted great. We will be back when in the ares.

After our first visit I kept thinking of food we had on the Amalfi Coast, Venice and Rome. On our second visit we found out that their chef was from Italy. No wonder. Just delicious . Good wine selection. Lots of choices--probably couldn't pick wrong entree. Live music on weekends (from Sinatra to a little country). Great addition in the East Valley.

The booth in which we were seated needed reupholstering - years ago. Very uncomfortable. We made the mistake of going on Valentine's Day so unknown to us, the menu was prix fixe. Another disappointment. Their choices would not have been ours from the full menu. It was uncomfortably hot, too. We sweated through our meal. The piano entertainer kept asking for requests but he could not play any of the popular three my husband requested. The food was so so. Their choices had many of the same seasonings and ingredients. We would not return.
