Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people.
Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables.
We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.
Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent.
Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries.
It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

The food was good, the ambience was good. The server was a bitty too chatty for my liking but very knowledgeable. Food was a little costly as far as value but not terrible.

Great new High energy restaurant. We came for an early New Year's Eve Dinner. we were seated quickly and the waitress (Amanda) was right there and very helpful. The food is creative Latin-Asian cuisine with a focus on meat and seafood. Very well prepared. The portions were much larger than we anticipated having been told these were like "tapas." My wife and I couldn't finish the excellent Betty salad because it was so large. I think for two seniors like us, we would order maybe three dishes max in the future. The wine selection was unexpectedly good. With our seafood orders (the octopus was amazing), I had a very well balanced Asyritiko from Greece and my wife had a Loire valley Sauvignon blanc. My only criticism was that the server who'll have showed me the bottles prior to pouring them at the table into our glasses. That being said, this was a great and different dining experience and we will c certainly return in the future.

The most efficient service I’ve been provided with. Staff were extremely accommodating & friendly. Our waiter Pablo made us feel welcomed & made the night extra special for my husband’s birthday. Will definitely be coming back soon

The food was delicious but flavors were all over the place. We got anchovies and crackers, a sweet burrata plate and bison steak. The food was cooked well. Nothing that I am dying to go back for I just think the food is not my style for flavor profiles. I found the dishes to be too sweet or too acidic. The balance was off. The waiter was not attentive and might have been stretched thin. We had to wave him down to order our entrees and seemed to forget about us. Overall a check off my list but will not be going back. The jazz band was a nice touch

My mother and I were treated like queens, not because we are important dignitaries, but because that is the business model of this establishment. We will return, without expectation, but with confidence that it will be another exceptional experience. The venison, oh my, and yes it should be paired with the Malbec. Pablo, Jo, Gilles, Manner, and the rest of the lovely ladies that so graciously greeted us: thank you.

Amazing night at PaLa w my love. Amazing service, and the jazz musician played beautifully. Was quite an enjoyable and sensual romantic night.

We love Pa'la. Had a beautiful dinner last night for my birthday. The octopus and venison, artichokes and sweet potatoes were amazing. Our server, Jo was fantastic and super fun. Phenomenal staff took remarkable care of us. We'd highly recommend Pa'la to everyone.
