Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people.
Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables.
We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.
Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent.
Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries.
It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

I have to say, I have no words!!! Growing up I have been taken too many many beautiful restaurants that have had outstanding food, and my husband and I have gone to many places as well, but none compare to the amazing ambiance, staff, and food that we had! The flavors were so outstanding that I literally got home and wished I had brought some with me. We did the eight course Valentines dinner and it was well worth it. We have spent quite a bit of money on steaks and caviar, but the freshness, flavors, different textures, were the most outstanding I have ever had in my entire almost 50 years. I can’t wait to go back and the different activities that you do each night lures me and makes me want to go every day. Some people have complained about the price, but I’m here to tell you. It is so well worth it. I’m looking forward to going back and meeting more of this family that owns this restaurant. I truly wish I had known prior to getting married, I would have most definitely paid what it would cost so I could have my rehearsal dinner here. Also, for one of the chefs to come out and talk to us really wrapped up the evening that this restaurant cares about each customer and the chefs have this in their blood and you can tell. Thank you again for a wonderful evening!

Food and service was great. Highly recommend the Copperstate steaks and shishito peppers. Drinks were delicious! It’s a very busy place. Get reservations days in advance. We could only get bar seating which was still great but crowded like most bars in any restaurant. We will visit again and make sure to reserve a table upstairs in advance.

The food was delicious but the portions were small and the prices high. Our bill was nearly $200 and neither of us were full by the end of the meal. Everything is apparently designed to be shared but the portions are not up to par.

We loved our Valentine’s date here - it exceeded our expectations. Get the octopus and the blood orange cake. Grant was an exceptional server and the staff overall was so friendly and welcoming. We will for sure be coming back!

We had a fantastic experience here in Valentine’s Day. We started w the burrata and olives then shared the ribeye and whole fish (trout) along with the waygu potato’s. Everything was perfect and the atmosphere was right up our alley….can’t forget the top notch service we had! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Pa La and will definitely go back. We loved the Spanish style and dynamic atmosphere. The service was REALLY good. The food was very flavorful and well prepared. The only reason for not giving 5 stars on the food is that my Cod had quite a few bones in it, and was not really hot when served. The wine list was outstanding. Lots of different wines from all over the world and a great French selection which is often hard to find in Phoenix.

Great food, awesome music with random guests/regulars I’m assuming. Pork Sirloin was amazing. The flan for dessert threw me off, overall great experience. With the plates were just a little bigger for the price. That’s it.
