   everything was lovely and the food delicious, but the music was a bit too loud for my group. Had a couple of older people with me and it was hard to converse. other than that, it was lovely

   Steak Frites and Gumbo Ya-Ya were excellent. Our server, Kyng, was attentive but not intrusive. Jazz trio was outstanding!

   Great NOLA atmosphere! Our server seemed to have too many tables to cover, which really made the service very slow for getting drinks refilled and our food out timely. The dishes were served warm and not hot. All of our entrees had wonderful flavors but for the price we found the portions on the small side. We’ve been to Palace in the past and found the brunch and lunch menus to be a better value. This is a beautiful restaurant and the window seats provide an excellent view of canal street.

   Never had a bad meal there. It’s in our rotation when we go to NOLA. This time was availability Valentine’s Day so options severely restricted but I got them two weeks ahead of time. Filet perfectly done and had to get the Banana Foster. Great drinks

   Couldn’t say better things about our experience at the Palace Cafe. We enjoyed a spectacular Valentine’s Dinner here. We sat upstairs amidst a wonderful love-themed playlist. Many places were doing prefix menus which isn’t ideal for those with too many dietary restrictions and thankfully they were also extremely accommodating for all of their dishes so we could get exactly what we wanted. Ligelle (not sure if I spelled his name right) was a phenomenal server. An absolute class act with perfect suggestions and willingness to go the extra mile for us. We started by splitting the Beet and Marscarpone Salad - absolute incredible. My wife ordered Steak Frites (normally a lunch item, but they were willing to make it) and I ordered the Andouille Crusted Fish and both dishes were divine. We both ordered the Bananas Foster which Ligelle made right at our table and we were incredible impressed with its simple yet elegant flavor and presentation. Highly recommend the Palace Cafe!

   Wonderful early Valentines dinner. The salads and turtle soup was flavorful and the entrees were very good. Had the bananas foster at our table delicious!! Thank you for a wonderful dinner in a beautiful setting!!

   We were a party of 4 that grew to a party of 5 when a colleague called and asked to join us. The staff was super accommodating of what was likely an annoying request on a very busy night. Nigel is a phenomenal server, and took terrific care of us. The quality of the food is high and what you’d expect of a Brennan’s restaurant outlet. The bar unfortunately was very backed up and slow, but everything else was great. Get the Nutella Tart for dessert - you won’t regret it :)

    Nothing special in my experience. Servers were so pleasant but the pacing of our meal was ridiculous. The two small dishes my companion ordered came out fast. My sandwich arrived about twenty minutes later. French dip was sub par.
