I think that drag brunch at Palace was the best 2 hours of my life! The atmosphere is so fun and welcoming.

I made this reservation a month in advance, was seated where most of the view was covered by a large column and seating was extremely tight, which was annoying but ok. But the Unfortunate weather ( hard rain ) is what made the bachelorette harder to enjoy. Our food got soaked within 5 minutes into being served. Did not finish our meals, No proper accommodations even though we barely ate and were not able to enjoy the show. We are in Miami bad weather is expected but with the amount of money paid did not exceed value. Not to mention our seats were given away when we ran for cover. A very unfortunate time, that was supposed to be a special occasion.

Made a reservation 2 months in advance for my group. Confirmed a day before. We also arrive early to be prompt, respectful of the process and in hope to secure a nice spot. I asked if we can be seated in a particular spot or close to by and I was ignored. I was taken to a table for my group, and then another server walked in front of us with another group and seated these people. We were standing there in awe and shock that we were being treated as if we weren’t there. I had to ask the host another time, and they gave us the last table at the very end where can’t even hear the music. We left the place. My take on this? Wouldn’t have minded the spot where they ended up putting us, and understood that this is a busy business and everyone is busy, but the rudeness and lack of empathy and customer service was the worst we’ve seen. Felt like we were speaking with robots. The unfortunate thing in all of this is we have been to Palace before and had such an amazing experience; In fact we were bringing friends in hope they would have this same experience and we are gravely disappointed and will have to second think about ever coming back.!

We had the best time. The entertainment was phenomenal. The service was great and the food was delicious. Best drag brunch we’ve ever been to. Highly recommend a stop here when you’re in Miami.
