   Service was ok and the restaurant is nice. The food is not of the quality that is to be expected from this type of restaurant. The chicken parm which is listed as one of their specialties was frozen chicken which was raw and not edible. The steak was poor quality and lacked any flavor. The kids meal was a disappointment with over cooked pasta and steak tenderloins that were tough and covered in garlic sauce. We were very disappointed with our meal and overall experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

   They don't seem to cook lobster often because ours was overdone to the point of most of it being fused to the shell and bland and tasteless, the worst lobster either of us had ever had. To make things worse, the service was terrible, and despite not being very busy, our server never returned within 20 minutes of any request or question and would not make it right for us, drawing out a poor experience several hours before we could close out. Worst dining experience I've had in years. If you are staying at the Wyndham (and why else would you be looking to dine at Palio?) go anywhere else.

   I was very disappointed that I ordered the risotto and there was no reference in the description to stake… The name had in Spanish Faletto, but, the description identified the type of cheese and no reference to meat? I would not have ordered that hat I known… My wife got the chicken and Parmesan, which was fine but nothing special.

   Best meal we had while in PR! Delicious bread options, fresh pasta, wonderful service. Make sure to ‘hold the chili’ on your margarita rim, if you don’t want it.

   What an excellent meal ! From the crude to the pasta to the vegetable to the lamb, each dish was delicious and presented with care. The dessert list was creative and the olive oil cake, while pricey, was original and great. The hostesses and our server (Sandra, A+) were welcoming and attentive. The cocktail list was creative, the wines by the glass very good. Lovely decor. For sure if you’re staying on the properties you should dine here at least once. And if you’re in the Luquillo area, you should stop in for the evening !

   Our waiter was excellent and very nice. He came to check on us and made sure we received our food in a timely manner. On the other hand, the food was under seasoned, over cooked, and lacked flavor. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is staying at the resort. Thank you to our waiter but we will not be returning.

   We booked with Open Table and had a confirmation text. When we arrived, the hostess did not have the reservation but she said she could seat us anyway. They were not busy but it is concerning that they did not have our reservation. I showed her my confirmation text but she didn’t seem bothered by it.

   We had a wonderful dinner at Palio. We tried a couple of their signature cocktails and they were excellent. We shared the fried zucchini appetizer and the Caesar salad. I enjoyed the Sea Bass as my entree and it was prepared to perfection. We also enjoyed the Gnocchi and it too was excellent. The service was outstanding and we will definitely go again when we are back in February.

    Beautiful menu starting with interesting cocktails riffing on Italian and Puerto Rican flavors. Individual breads presented in little pots added excitement. My husband and I ordered individual salads and split the bucatini. The pasta was perfectly cooked. A bit too much oil and the truffle flavor did not shine.
