   We have frequently sought out P&I for our dining out experiences. I have to say that tonight was disappointing. This won't prevent us from trying it again, but...it certainty did put a negative light to the establishment.

   Service was slow and although we ordered drinks and appetizers we waited very long to order dinner. Confusion over whether they had the fresh catch left. Ultimately 3 of the 6 ordered the black grouper which was $20 more than the halibut on the menu. $60 seems rather ridiculous for the fresh catch. Would have appreciated knowing that in advance. Steak Frites was ok.

   The menu is very diverse and there is something for everyone. The food was excellent. All the server staff were great.

   We have dined there several times and the service has always been great. The food has been very good but not great. Each time there seems to be something wrong. Last week my short rib was room temperature and a bit dry. (Some pan jus would have helped)My friends French fries were not hot. They had run out of Sancere. Again, not a big deal but taken together not the mark of a good restaurant. Then there is the atmosphere. Every area is brightly lit, I guess they like it that way, I find it off putting. A few embellishments on the patio would be a nice addition.

   Palm & Ivy has great potential but the service is slow and our food arrived cold. The staff was wonderful about reheating our soup and entres but still a mystery why this happened as the restaurant was not crowded. We'll give it another chance. Great wine selection, gracious staff and cozy yet still sophisticated atmosphere,

   This is a lovely restaurant with VERY good food and an upscale ambiance. We ate on the patio and it was delightful. They've decorated it so that you feel like you're in a garden, even thought you're next to a parking lot. Their Happy Hour has a lot of very reasonably priced options, including fine wines and a large selection of appetizers.

   I had the Parmesan grouper and was excellent . My husband had steak frites and he was very happy . Service was excellent. We ate in main dining room was a bit noisy for us , so next time will sit on patio area .

   very nice. good food and service. enjoyed. not conversation friendly. drinks are decent but a little on the high side

    We had a very lovely dining experience, started out with a beautiful bourbon cocktail with a rose ice cube then we shared the sliders for an appetizer. They were absolutely delicious with the bacon jam. I had the Burrata fig salad and the short rib sandwich, and they were both absolutely delicious. My son had the short rib dinner, and it was lovely as well. He said the broccolini and the sweet potato mash were outstanding. Our server James was wonderful and very attentive. We will definitely be back. We love the menu lots of great choices!
