   Honestly not a great experience but that maybe due to the fact it was busy. The fillet steak was warm at best. Cold within 10 minutes of coming to table. The chicken steak was on the dryer side and not juicy. The somosa chaat was actually on point. Spicy and flavourful, could not fault that. Desserts were an extremely big let down. Cookie dough was floury. Not silky or smooth. The french toast was okayish. However the desserts came 30 mins after ordering. The chocolate sauce which is normally pourable with both desserts, was solid within the small bowl they gave which suggests desserts had been sitting in kitchen for a while before they were given to us.

   The service was spot on, the staff really looked after us, got us a table where we wanted and ensured we were all good for the duration we were there. Atmosphere was great, and the DJ played some absolute bangers, but on the other hand the food was not all that, malai boti was really bland and had no flavour, the steak was ok and the polo chicken was a hit over done, with a place a like this where you would speand a decent amount of money i would've expected a better food quality than this.

   Food was mediocre, parmesan wasn't cooked properly was still hard/pink showed the staff member. When I explained to the staff member about the problem, instead of solving the problem she responsed with why didn't you telI me before??? What kind of reponse is that..don't think she agreed with us, we ate around until we found all the pink chicken. Staff member didn't come back to us after she took our plate. I found her very unhelpful & a tad hostile which ruined the dining experience. I then asked for the bill and requested would there be a discount or some sort of compensation regarding the uncooked parmesan chicken. I also mentioned could you remove the service charge please and she mentioned I was going to remove this anyway to compensate the meal, but this is an optional charge anyway which we weren't going to pay.

   Really enjoyed it here and the waitress the black women i didnt take her name but she was very good with us and that was the juiciest sirloin steak ive ever had. The food was so yummy will be coming back again

   When arriving there was no parking could have been a bigger car parking. But you get this and I understand it’s a popular place. Didn’t take long letting the receptionist know my booking time and getting my seat. Loved the place very clean very fiendly. Food was out of this world. Only thing that let the place down was not having enough staff I order drinks while eating my food with my partner after waiting 25 mins for 2 mocktails. I had to then get up and ask someone where my drinks was while I’m eating my food. I spoke a nice lady she re ordered them. Then I still had to wait around 25 to 30 mins for my drinks. I decided to have a sheesha if that’s how you spell it. For experience purposes. I had the pomegranate one and there was no taste had to change to blueberry and we had the same problem it was not fixed after multiple attempts to get it to work and still had to pay for it. I decided to let it go as the staff were busy and just agreed to ignore the situation. After this I still didn’t receive my drinks for at least a good hour. We asked for the bill and we got bill before our drinks. On the the bill we realised didn’t have extra chips and mac and cheese that didn’t arrive with our food and we had explain we didn’t receive the items what was on the bill. Saying all this I know you don’t want to hear it. The food was unreal but service you need more staff for sure. Love the Willis family

   Went here for my birthday and fair to say that I was extremely impressed by Palm H20. Amazing restaurant, staff were friendly and food arrived very quickly. There were a couple of issues, one of the starters (Mac & cheese bites) was lukewarm but staff were very efficient to sort it out. Also the portion size for one of the mains was smaller than expected (Nihari lamb shank) but again, staff were very quick to sort it out. The rest of the food was AMAZING! The dynamite shrimp, the sweet chilli prawns, the lamb chops, the ribeye steak, the angus burger, the bbq short ribs and the fish and chips were all 10/10 as were the mocktails! One thing to bear in mind is the parking isn’t great. The car park gets full quick so you will have to find a side road to park on. Would definitely recommend Palm to family and friends. The vibes were top tier and the aesthetics are beautiful. Amazing for content too! Will be back soon!
