    Service started very well. Good welcome and attentive staff. We placed our order and were served in good time. Then things became very slow. We asked for additional drinks four times before they were served and it took a while to get anyone's attention to pay the bill. I have been here many times, the food is always good. But the service in this occasion was below par.

    Unfortunately both the deep fried Brie and the swordfish were fried in rather acrid oil and tasted awful. It was a pity because I use the Boulevard Brasserie regularly and it is always outstanding. Perfectly good ingredients were spoiled by the cooking oil

    Decent menu and food quality and value, wine and beer reasonable in quality and value. But many tables are very close together, ask for a round table if appropriate for group size

    Had a lovely time at Palm Court Brasserie, was here for our anniversary and they gave us a congratulatory card which was a lovely touch! Only complaint limited starter and dessert options for those with nut allergies, did offer chicken parfait or french onion soup but without the bread which isn’t quite the same!
