   Two of my friends dinners never came out and our server never noticed two people were missing food for an hour. Finally someone helped us and informed him our food was missing. He just blamed the kitchen and someone else brought it. Our friend had an emergency and we had to leave and it took us over 20 minutes to cash out. Never again

   Cute vibe but the food and drinks are way too expensive for the options available. I will not be going back. We left and ate dinner elsewhere.

   IF YOU NEVER BEEN THIS IS A MUST TRY! The Carmel Espresso Martini was to die for and literally everything plate of food we got down to the desert was phenomenal. Very elegant upscale place to have drinks and dinner

   Such a great restaurant! We loved the ambiance, decor and music. The food was amazing, especially the shrimp toast.

   I visited Palm Tree Orlando. The aesthetic is 10/10, but the food is 2/10. They mention that showing your parking ticket to the restaurant grants free parking. However, when I asked the front desk, they said they do not have any parking validation because it's been a busy week, and I had to pay for parking.

   The food phenomenal, drinks so good. The vibes even better. We came from Tampa and actually came back for brunch too we loved it so much. We want one to open in Tampa!! We had the shrimp bread, wagyu roll, chicken yakatori, another roll and the wagyu gyoza. The chicken and waffles + matcha French toast. We won’t stop taking about it. Our server was phenomenal such a genuine person who shared his insight of what to do and how to spend our night. We will be back <3

   I made a reservation for me and my girlfriends, They made me wait for 20 minutes. apparently this is common the host stated. i was in shock. because why make a reservation then? I ordered the steak frite. terrible i must say. My friend ordered some sushi and literally told the waiter that it tasted like publix sushi and sent it back. My other friend ordered oysters and it came in a little wooden box. she also did not enjoy. Presentation because it was literally in a wood box. Food was something I could’ve literally purchased from some regular restaurant. This was supposed to be some form of higher end location. It was absolutely not that. Completely disappointed I honestly can’t even believe I paid for that steak my bill was about 89.00 dollars the steak was 68.00 there taxes and fees and i tipped 10 bucks. service was terrible. It took so long to even pay our bill so we could leave. It took almost 20 minutes to get water. SUPER LOUD ! I’ll never visit this place again and anybody that ever asked me about it. I will definitely not recommend.

    This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in terms of customer service. After being seated, we waited for approximately 30 minutes, and no one came to check on us or take our order. We even went up to speak with the hostess, yet nothing changed. Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave. Extremely disappointing.
