   Une vraie déception. On avait réservé une table, mais en arrivant, l’hôtesse nous installe à une table… qui était déjà occupée (les clients étaient juste partis aux toilettes !). Le manager vient ensuite nous déplacer ailleurs, en s’excusant avec un verre offert – geste apprécié mais ça commençait déjà mal. On commande une entrée et un plat : l’entrée arrive vite et franchement, elle était très bonne. Mais ensuite, plus rien. On a dû rappeler la serveuse au bout d’un long moment, apparemment elle avait oublié de lancer notre plat… Résultat : 45 minutes d’attente, pour un plat pas bon du tout. Je n’ai même pas pu le finir. On tente quand même les desserts : celui de mon amie était encore congelé, dur comme une pierre, et le mien avait carrément un poil dedans. Vraiment pas acceptable. Service désorganisé, plats inégaux, hygiène douteuse… Franchement, je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant.

   Food from la Table d'hôte was fine but nothing special. Service was very long, start to finish took 4h from appetizer to dessert, which should usually have taken around 2h. Our waitress was sweet but could have been more present.

   The food was excellent but the service was not quite good. No water refills, waitress wasn’t energetic and she wasn’t coming frequently to our table. Not enought informations on the menus or suggestions.

   Reserved at 9pm on a Friday night at the bar. Very cold welcome with intimidating bouncer choosing who would go to coat check and who would get a pass. My assigned barmaid more interested in getting free shots from regular customers than serving a solo nobody. Had the burrata salad as starter. Waited a few minutes to get attention from the barmaid to get cutlery. Burrata was fine, tomatoes tasted old and pasty. Asked for rare salmon for my main, got an overcooked piece of fish. A different barmaid, who seemed less interested in free drinks, finally came to ask how the food was, and offered to cook a new piece of fish. Unfortunately, new fish still overcooked and disappointing. Left dissatisfied and unimpressed. Asked the bouncer about the selective coat check situation, and he just shrugged his shoulders and wished me a good evening.

   Nice club ambiance, excellent service and food presentation. The details matter. Despite having to serve a large group and the food taking much longer than expected, management approached our table to apologize and made up for it by offering free cocktails. Well done!
