Pammy’s is a New American restaurant inspired by the feel of an Italian neighborhood trattoria. Perched between Cambridge’s Central and Harvard Squares, Pammy’s is a cozy yet sophisticated neighborhood destination. For husband and wife team Chris and Pam Willis (who live right up the street), Pammy’s is an extension of their living room. They’ve brought together their love of great food, easy hospitality and chic vibes to create a lively space that is welcoming to all looking for a memorable meal. With dishes that lean heavily on Italian flavors but are not restricted by any rules of the cuisine, the food is unpretentious and delicious. A fireplace wrapped in white ceramic, an oversized salvaged communal table designed for side-by-side dining and rich leather banquets are just some of the design elements that make up Pammy’s charm.

We're currently serving a Prix Fixe menu for all reservations. A la carte dining is available for walk-in guests at our bar and in our lounge.

Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Christopher Willis

From the OpenTable editors: A centerpiece tile hearth, rich leather banquettes, and a 14-foot communal table lined with flowers make Pammy’s feel like a good friend’s cozy living room. With an approachable menu of hearty Italian American dishes that could include lasagna bianca with wild onion chutney, wife-and-husband team Pam and Chris Willis have created an inviting space you’ll want to return to again and again.

Yummy cocktails to start. Fabulous dinner: chicory, foie gras walnut salad + octopus + lumache for me. Dining companions had the lasagna, bay scallops, and cobia. All were delicious. Katie recommended a delightful champagne to enhance the first courses. Pammy’s continues to be a gem.

5 years running, still our favorite restaurant in Boston. Food, service, ambiance, truly anything you’re looking for when you decide to dine out. Pammys has it in spades.

The kitchen was clearly skilled and the service top notch. However, the price point was considerably higher than warranted.

We enjoyed our meal very much but felt that it was extremely overpriced. We paid over $500 for 2 people and ate pretty much exclusively pasta. The additional 6% for the kitchen is criminal at those prices.

Food was good but not worth over $400 for dinner and 2 drinks between 2 people

As always, Pammys was a great choice for a birthday dinner. Our server, Michelle, was an icon and legend.

The limited time squid ink gnocchi with lobster was amazing. The wait staff truly works as a team, timely picking up dishes and ensuring that your needs are met. They also were super knowledgeable of the menu, so much so I ventured with a gin cocktail (I hate gin) and found that the gin was just like the waiter described (well masked). 10/10

We were seated by the window, hoping for a warm and cozy meal on a cold winter evening. Unfortunately, the large windows were very drafty, and we had to keep our coats on the whole time. The cold air was so noticeable that the short curtains were moving. It wasn’t just us—everyone sitting near the windows was bundled up in jackets and scarves, trying to stay warm while eating. The food and service might have been nice, but it was hard to enjoy with the constant chill. Hopefully, the restaurant fixes this because it has the potential to be a great, cozy spot.
