   It was not bad in general but not coming back for sure. Service and food do not cost money that they charge.

   Absolutely loved eating at pampas ellerslie, great staff, great service, made valentines day very memorable and they made the desert extra special because the day prior my girlfriend and I got engaged, would 100% recommend eating here

   It was my first time at Pampa. The service was very good and the experience of having all of the different types of meat dishes brought to you and serve to you along with the endless salad bar, the wine, and the desserts at the end for Valentine’s Day, was a really special thing. An excellent outing and we will be going back.

   My wife and I went yesterday for Valentines Day, Raquel was our waitress, she was kind and very attentive to us. We absolutely loved her service.

   Our 1st visit was most enjoyable had amazing servers. The salad bar had lots of options and endless cuts of meat flowed non stop....I personally do not eat a lot of food in general so I found that the price was a little high for me but the rest of my family certainly got their money's worth. Will probably visit for another occasion. Glad we finally had this experience.

   So my husband took me for a sweet Valentine’s Day supper here. It was my first time. I’ll start with the good parts of my review. The food was absolutely incredible and the servers were nice & friendly. So unto the not so good, there is 13 meats to try that come around and I am not very big, 135lbs, now of course I wanted to try them all to experience all the different meats we paid $$$$ a lot of money for. When they came to the table they would just cut off a slice of the meat and give it to us. I tried them all, they were very tasty some more than others. I was extremely taken back when the waitress then said at the end that we were not allowed to have a box for the remainder of the meat, that the owner won’t allow it. ? So I said you guys would actually rather take this food and throw it in the garbage then give it to us to take home for the money we paid? She said yup I guess so. I’m sorry but that is messed up. We didn’t go over board in fact my husband ate all of his to the point of being sick later because he ate pretty much all 13 meats in its entirety. I’m sorry but that felt like such a slap in the face… this is how much the company cares about human beings vs the $$$ that even if the food is going in the garbage he or she would still rather chuck it out then give what was offered to the paying customers. The waitress then mentioned that they do have boxes for shrimp but that would be an extra $7 and my husband said can we buy that then and she never even commented back. We will most def not be going back here, it was an experience but one that left a bad taste in our mouths unfortunately. Being a server for many years and working for many different restaurants I cannot fathom telling my paying customers no you can’t have a box. When it comes to the tips, The poor servers and their livelihoods are no doubt being affected by this at the end of every service. Brutal I feel bad for them.

   The meat was very fatty. A couple cuts were very tough also. Did not appeal to us whatsoever. Not great food quality. The crème brûlée was watery. Like a thin yogurt. Awful For the price you pay for each person it was just like an average buffet. Nothing special whatsoever.
