   Food always good with variety of meats choices, salad bar also provides lots of options beside the salad itself. Overall I love it.

   We dined at Pampa on New Year's Eve, and while it's one of our favorite restaurants, this experience fell short. We were seated at an uncomfortable table near the buffet and denied a request to move, despite having a reservation. Service was disorganized—no water upon seating, delayed drink orders, and minimal attention from our server, who was stretched between opposite corners. The table's location made dining awkward, as people constantly bumped our chairs. Being told of a 1 hour 45-minute table limit (not mentioned in the reservation) added pressure, especially with slow service. Disappointed, we skipped dessert and after-dinner drinks to avoid further delays. We expected better for a special evening. Please consider staffing improvements and better accommodation for table requests during busy times.

   Service was excellent and food was great. Ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. Think upscale cafeteria. So noisy and chaotic. Tables crammed in, but that might have been because it was NYE. But the exceptional staff were great and the food was excellent and plentiful.

   What a delightful experience it was to enjoy our meal at this unique fabulous restaurant. It will always be one of the restaurants that I would highly recommend to anyone that was a meat eater.

   My husband took me here for the first time when we were dating - we’ve been coming here for special occasions ever since! Just dined here last night for our christmas dinner. amazing experience every time, beyond exceptional customer service from Raquel and Louis. We’ve had the pleasure of having Raquel serve us majority of our visits and she’s amazing at what she does! Very attentive, recommends the top dishes and communicates with customers in a polite and respectful manner. We had the pleasure of having Louise serve us a last evening, he was extremely enjoyable and took care of everything for the night for us! He even threw in affogatos for us to end the night. We always order the Pampa Experience when we dine here, something you must try if you haven’t! 10/10.

   Went here to try a new experience. This is how I feel the place is advertised. Just a avaerage buffet. I was seated in part of the walk way. Has better buffet/salad bar at a small town wedding. Meat was just average, Yes they came around a lot. Also asked if we wanted stuff when our card was turned over to the red side. What is the card for then? Less disturbane during our supper. 2 of us and one drink each came out to $165. For the experience and good food I will at the KEg next time. Not worth the hype.

   Our server Christy and the team were absolutely amazing, diligent, and an awesome vibe. The food was superb. Definitely going back.

    Overall, food was cold but service was good. A couple of the meat selections were nice and hot while others were just cold. Food at the salad bar was also a tad bit soggy. After having been to both locations, the West Ed location is 100% better, go there.
