Au cours des dernières années, le territoire du comté de Montgomery entre Horsham et Blue Bell est devenu un lieu incontournable pour découvrir de nouveaux restaurants passionnants. Habib Troudi est le fondateur de l'un d'entre eux, le Panache Wood Fire Grill. Sculpté dans le bâtiment qui abritait L'Angolo Blue, un restaurant italien qui a fermé cette année, le Panache est basé sur un « concept simple », comme le dit Troudi, proposant aussi bien de fines pizzas à la napolitaine cuites au charbon de bois que des steaks, des fruits de mer et autres nouveautés de la cuisine américaine. Une fois terminé, l'établissement comprendra deux bars, dont l'un abritera le massif four de 4 tonnes et demi qui accueillera les pizzas et autres plats préparés dans des poêlons en fer forgé.

Ok maybe the waiter was new I don’t know but we there was lipstick on my glass water glass. Then waiter spilled water on the floor next to me on the floor which got me wet. Then it took a very long time just to bring bread to the table. Literally was actually 20 minutes just for Bread and was asked 2times for it and he did not ask if we wanted dessert at the end of the meal so it was not a good experience, but the food was the food was good. Poor customer experience

Great food with energetic vive with fun music and the amazing service made a beautiful Valentine’s day so special! I will visit more often.

Just a little loud with the music and the crowd but minus that the food was excellent as always and service was good. Will be back again, hopefully soon!

Our server Jon is great. Very friendly and attentive. The food is always consistent and good. Will be back soon.

Let’s start with parking. You cannot park you have to valet park even if you don’t want to. We were seated right away even though we were early for our reservation then it went downhill. Our waiter was basically non-existent. He served us water and that was it. We had to ask for the wine list then when we got our drinks he went to leave without speaking to us so we had to tell him we were ready to order. Someone else brought our food out fairly quickly and two of the entrees were good but the chicken panache was bland and lacking crabmeat. We ran out of drinks and our waiter didn’t come over to us even when we tried to get his attention. He would go to one table and ignore the rest. By the end we were sharing one glass of water. If you’re going to charge over $30 on average for an entree then the waitstaff should be trained enough to know to check on you throughout dinner. Will not be returning.

Early dinner allowed for quiet and lots of attention. A hostess noticed we were questioning our table privately. She said she noticed we were talking about it and would we like another table. Very cognizant of patron’s enjoyment.

Food was terrible. Pizza was under cooked, salmon was overcooked. Our server Gladys was great! She was attentive and pleasant. Not planning on returning that was a one and done.

Waited 30 min for my reservation. Salmon was way over cooked. Super loud. Waited 20 min for server to pick up check
