Over the past few years, the tract of Montgomery County between Horsham and Blue Bell has become something of a hot spot for exciting new restaurants. Thanks to Habib Troudi, it’s about to get one more in the form of Panache Wood Fire Grill. Carved out of the building that had been home to L’Angolo Blue, an Italian restaurant that closed earlier this year, Panache is based on a “simple concept,” as Troudi says, offering thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning, coalfired oven, as well as prime steaks, seafood and other new American cuisine. Once complete, the space will have two bars, one of which will also house the massive 10,000-pound oven needed to crisp up those pizzas and cook other dishes in castiron skillets.

    Delicious food. Good service. Sat upstairs so wasn’t as noisy as the bar area. Good meal at a reasonable price.

    Food was excellent and large portions. Reasonably priced. Alcoholic drinks are expensive. Noise level very loud there were so many people dining in the restaurant. Waitress was very good, very busy with all her tables. Took quite a while to get our check. Had live music which made it even louder.

    We enjoyed our food although it was pricey like everything else these days. For the amount I spent I would have expected amazing service, but we hardly saw our server. It took forever to get drinks, we had asked for a few things throughout the meal that she forgot to bring. I had to call out to her pretty loudly to get her attention because she wasn’t coming around to check on us and we needed something. The last time we were there the server was good and the food was nothing to rave about. Not sure we will go back.

    Ok maybe the waiter was new I don’t know but we there was lipstick on my glass water glass. Then waiter spilled water on the floor next to me on the floor which got me wet. Then it took a very long time just to bring bread to the table. Literally was actually 20 minutes just for Bread and was asked 2times for it and he did not ask if we wanted dessert at the end of the meal so it was not a good experience, but the food was the food was good. Poor customer experience

    Just a little loud with the music and the crowd but minus that the food was excellent as always and service was good. Will be back again, hopefully soon!
