Firstable our table was too small so we asked to change for another one. The employee in charge was a little bit rude but she agreed. The restaurant was full at the end and they switched on the air conditioning too high and it was very disgusting. After paying the bill, we didn’t know where they had stored our coats and they just pointed at, so we had to find them between an amount of other coats. Food was delicious but the hole service was poor. It was the sixth time we visited the restaurant and in my point of view, staff was different and impolite

The ambience was lovely and the food was outstanding! Unfortunately, the service was subpar for a restaurant of this caliber. They do not have enough wait staff to provide the overall experience one expects when dining at an establishment such as this.

Muy decepcionante. Se anuncia setas y se ponen champiñones baratos. Pasta hiper salada. Café malo. Por suerte el servicio fue muy bueno!

Éramos tres comensales, al llegar, nos traen la carta de vinos. Mientras la consultamos, nos ofrecen un vino siciliano. No preguntamos el precio, pero nos pareció interesante probar un vino distinto. El vino era muy normalito, pero no nos quejamos. Al pagar la cuenta nos llevamos la sorpresa de que nos cobraban 79 euros por la botella. No ha habido una actuación ilegal o fraudulenta por parte del personal del establecimiento, pero hubiéramos agradecido que nos advirtieran, al ofrecer ese vino, de su precio. No volveremos.

Excellent Italian food. The carpaccio was very gentle and well flavoured with its touch of balsamic vinegar. Pasta was tasty and very well prepared. Service is good but when saloon is full things get a bit slow. They need more people to cover the service properly.
