The Papillion salad and special spinach salad were wonderful. The duck confit was one of the best I’ve had. The shrimp scampi was good, but at $35 for five shrimp over pasta, it earned the low rating for value. Our server, Savannah, was extremely nice and greatly attentive. The manager stopped by to say hello. A nice touch. Overall, a beautiful experience. I do wonder if in the future the menu might include different seafood dishes. We’d be more tempted to return if there were more seafood choices.

The most gracious servers. Outstanding service overall. Our server/ waitress was so courteous and compassionate … attended to our needs. Manager was so accommodating and knowledgeable! A special occasion or date night experience for sure and well worth it!

Everything was excellent. Best beef Wellington I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back to try other items. Ohh and don’t sleep on the French onion soup!

I was very happy with the food, service, and atmosphere. However, as we get older, we just don’t eat as much. We had cocktails. Appetizer, soup for my husband and salad for me. We decided to share an entree so we could eat dessert. It was a birthday surprise tiramisu. We didn’t even finish our entree. It was a $42 plate of food and the charged a $5 extra plate fee. Was that really necessary? It really bothers me. Didn’t we spend enough money? I mean it wasn’t just one meal, we had salad, appetizers, dessert, cocktails. We were only there like an hour. That just kind of spoiled it for me. I don’t mind paying for a nice meal but don’t nickel and dime me.

Ms. Wortmann, I apologize for the inconvenience. I wish you would have said something while you were still here. The server could only show me the note you wrote on the receipt after you departed. We stopped charging for share plates several months back. It sounds like you found an item that was overlooked and not removed when they rung in the share plate. It should've shown as no charge. I will ask the staff to go back through all of our items in the computer to make sure it's completely removed from our system. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please let us know if there is an issue at the time of service, so that we can correct it right away. Took some family members out for Thanksgiving weekend. Been a couple years since our last visit during Easter. Ordered the eggplant and Italian shrimp appetizers, both were amazing and sharable amongst the four of us. Redfish almandine was spectacular, Mediterranean fish was delicious as were the lobster ravioli and risotto. Finished the night off with a fantastic piece of tiramisu. Wonderful experience and 5 stars all around.

The owner doesn’t care about his staff or his guests. Although the forecast called for cold weather, we reserved outside tables knowing that the restaurant had heaters. When we arrived, we were informed that there was no propane. Our waitress went on to tell us that they were having “a hard time providing propane.” It’s not uranium! There’s an Ace Hardware down the street. The owner just didn’t seem to care because there was only one table outside that night— clearly not worth it to go through the trouble of procuring that ever elusive propane. The poor hostess stood outside all night with only a small heater to warm her. We won’t be back.

The hostess didn't think it was very cold and she said she was perfectly content with her small heater. She's instructed to sit inside if the weather is too cold or hot. If it was so cold then why did you proceed to sit on the balcony for over an hour after you paid your bill. Here's an idea for you in the future. If you don't want to be cold, then don't book and outside table on a chili night. You were obviously the only ones to do so. Thank you for not coming back.

Food was excellent! Our server, Kaiden, was polite, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He acknowledged our anniversary and the owner came to our table and did a champagne toast. Our only two suggestions for improvement are: 1. Don’t keep it so cold in the dining room 2. Have a bartender in the dining room bar to prepare drinks and not in the downstairs bar. We waited 20-25 minutes for our first drink. Other than these two items, we enjoyed our experience.

Absolutely incredible. Everything was top notch and no details of our plate were missing. The look, taste, and quality of the food was excellent!
