Pappa Gallo in Rockville Centre offers a vibrant dining experience that beautifully showcases authentic Peruvian cuisine. During my visit, I had the opportunity to try the Chicharrón and a Mixto Salad. The Chicharrón offered a delightful sweet sauce with a bit of tang. The accompanying mixed salad was fresh and provided a refreshing balance. The short ribs were so tender as well. The service was attentive and friendly, with staff ensuring that all guests felt welcomed and well-cared for. The restaurant’s décor is inviting, adorned with beautiful artwork that adds to its charm. I can’t forget about the amazing woman singing and playing the guitar. She has a beautiful voice and the song selection was perfect. Overall, Pappa Gallo is a must-visit for those seeking a genuine taste of Peruvian cuisine in a lively and welcoming setting.

The service and ambiance were execellent. Staff was very attentive, polite and quick. The restaurant is beautiful!

Was ok over priced for sure but ok love band. Not worth a trip from CT but can't knock it till you try it they say .

The chicken was not as seasoned and flavorful as other Peruvian restaurants. The place is overrated. It’s quite loud but has a great live band on Saturday night.

My husband tried Pescado a lo macho and he loved it so much. We will be back again.

The atmosphere was outstanding. Live music, Great food and Drinks. Beautifully decorated. Love the place. Also very clean which I appreciate very much. There service was outstanding. I highly recommend for a night out with friends or a romantic evening for a date. I'm definitely going back.
