Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product.
“We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you.
There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible.
The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

    The labneh and hummus were delicious. The Turkish coffee was outstanding. Our server was lovely. The place was lively and fun. We had a wonderful time.

    Awesome dinner as usual, but a little chilly on heated patio, but also was ABSOLUTELY freezing outside. They turned up the heat for us, thanks!!!

    Delicious vegetarian options. We ordered the 4 dips and pitas. It was delicious but they brought us the wrong dips so that was slightly disappointing.

    The food was great, but way too expensive. $32 to $40 for falafel, shawarma or a lunch dish is way too much. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW, we had to wait almost an hour to get our dishes, and my waitress forgot to bring my drink. I wouldn't ever eat here again.

    It was great, but there was a little pause in the service somewhere in the middle, I think it just got too busy for the staff. It was my second time there, excellent the first time, and I will go back, and recommend it.

    Well managed restaurant. Great staff!! Very professional and personal at the same time! Food is fresh and yummy. Very recommend and definitely going back soon.

    amazing selection of foods for a group of pescatarian and great service. we ordered the 4 meze dip and they accidently gave the wrong dip. the servers apologized and gave us our original order while still letting us keep the one they delivered. little kindness goes a long way
