   We’ve blocked a table in advance!! TABLE! And we got sits at the BAR. They said that we booked sits at the bar with ability to get an actual table if people won’t come there, like what a hell???! So how it’s possible to get ACTUAL table there! Service was really poor and staff really rude. Worst experience ever

   This place was terrible. They had an available reservation for 1:45. I booked 1 hour in advance, when I got there, the door man was very disrespectful for no reason saying you cannot book a reservation 1 hour in advance and expect to show up. Terrible service, they should fix it up.

   I’ve been in the large scale events industry for over a decade. Could not reach anyone via phone or email prior to organize a combined birthday party with a larger group. Wasn’t able to invite all guests due to lack of logistical information. Drinks were good but when we were leaving they tried to charge us literally 10x our bill due to some miscalculations on their part… The DJ played the Macarena at some point in the night? Not it.

   Suboptimal experience. Despite having both table reservation & guestlist booking, denied entry. Called venue multiple times to reconfirm, but no answer on number listed, keeps going to 'not initialized voicemail'. There is no way for clients/customers to effectively communicate with the venue either through OpenTable or directly, modify bookings, and so forth.

   Gino made sure we got the best table and we were set up to our liking Tyrone is just a cool guy that you want to know Julia and Martha were great servers and really friendly Fun night !!!!

   Doormen claim on their website there’s a dress code but it’s posted no where and avoided showing me where. Was wearing appropriate attire but the doormen turned me down because I “wasn’t dressed smart enough”. Horrible experience.

   Customer service is impeccable and received a call back from the establishment regarding a question I had. Our table was perfect and tucked away from the busy area but still able to hear the music. No problems getting into the bar. Would recommend

   Terrible the bouncer has his own dress code & they don’t even answer the phone so u can check what the dress code actually is unprofessional for some apparent high end bar Been turned away twice never again

    It’s a beautiful space but I find it odd that they don’t offer food at all. How is that legal? I thought once you are an establishment that is selling alcohol, you need to also provide food. The ambience is more of a lounge than a bar which is a nice change and because it’s in an area of Toronto that doesn’t see a lot of night traffic, it wasn’t too busy. Hopefully it’s a place we can frequent for after dinner drinks. Just don’t come here hungry.
