Very good service, friendly and helpful staff was personally greeted by the duty manageress, food was good just the right portion size.

Unreal place to eat, always a great atmosphere and staff are so welcoming. Food as always is top tier and me and my partner will definitely keep coming back!

The hospitality is the best and second to none. Took my daughter for a birthday breakfast treat and it didn't disappoint as the ingredients were fresh and presented beautifully. The view of Hyde park added to the magic of a picture perfect day.

Very good food , a lot of chive and good service. The lounge seating is a bit too dark for dinner , better lighting would be welcome.

Wonderful evening. Really good food, and a mistake with our cocktail order was quickly rectified. Delightful bar and staff.

Best Service in London! Myself and my Fiancé were not even staying in the hotel but decided to have an extravagant breakfast in The Park Restaurant after getting engaged the night before. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated like Guests of the hotel. The Service was the best we ever had in London. Ayksa was our server and be quiet honest she is amazing at her job and deserves every bit of praise from this review, She made our morning perfect !! She got us everything we needed and more and made sure we were treated just as good and anyone else. If I could give 5stars alone to Ayksa I would ! Food was amazing and atmosphere was perfect in the Park Restaurant and we loved it from the first 5 seconds, little bit expensive but still worth every penny. I would now look at staying in The Royal Lanchester purely based on how good our experience was for breakfast. Thank you again Ayksa and the team.

AMAZING. The service was impeccable and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. A wonderful treat to start a full day of London sightseeing. We would love to return
