Parker’s was conceptualized in 2015 as a pop-up in one of Dubai’s oldest and most loved neighbourhood parks – Al Khazan Park.

It is a culinary obsession that aims to foster childhood memories of spending time at the park, adding twist to street food from around the world and bringing the most flavourful food in a sociable setting.

Mr. Parker is the keeper of the park. To get access, visitors need to find one of his keys. Mr. Parker conducts daily key-hunts across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Khobar. Customers are encouraged to follow him on Instagram and Snapchat to find out where he is and get a key.

    Cake took over 50 mins to arrive. Arrived and was not presented the same way as others, cake slipped everywhere. Drinks came after half an hour but were cold by the time food came. Service was not attentive, had to keep going inside to call staff. Poor sense of organisation. Would not visit again.

    Food was good. Matilda cake was the best but for approx £37 (£33 plus 12.5% compulsory serv charge) it should have been mind blowing and nothing less. Alfredo pasta was pretty good too but again for approx. £32 it should have been. Overall food is good but the price and a very average customer service and ambience it all seemed to be over hyped and over priced. Ambience wise it was small and more like a three star hotel's restaurant but charging prices of a 5 star hotel.

    Matilda Cake 🤤🧡 was fab! Also everyone was so nice and attentive.

    We were at the restaurant for an hour and 20 minutes and in that time all that was served to us was a main course. We ordered the Matilda cake dessert and watched other tables get served theirs and eventually had to ask for the dessert to be cancelled as we ran out of time. Each time we were served it was by a different waiter, none seemed particularly interested or bothered. We eventually managed to get the bill, they never showed us it, just told us that they weren’t going to charge for the dessert that we never had and presented a card machine. I worked it out myself that I’d paid roughly the right amount. Huge disappointment, will not be going back.

    I know it is a new restaurant, but the waiters need training and they need to understand English. They got our order wrong the whole night, and we wanted the Steak Fries which take like 30 minutes, we were waiting for it, an hour passed and he comes and tells us he didn’t even order it. My friends were really mad because I was speaking highly of this restaurant as the Dubai branch is amazing, but London as always it’s a flop. The staff need training, the menu needs a change, the staff need to be nicer, I am in a Knightsbridge restaurant and kindly asked to charge my phone as I needed to call my driver, and the guy at the Parker’s bar area just kept being very rude and saying no. You need to hire all new staff, this is the first time in my life where I wanted to remove the service charge in a restaurant.

    The ambience was dry, the value for the food is a bit steep for what you get. I understand the location but the food is a bit basic for the price. The cake sponge wasn’t as soft as the Dubai Matilda cake, as the sponge had some crispy bits.

    A friend and I booked Parker’s for breakfast / brunch. The service was not very good, our waiter lacked communication, our order was not ordered correctly and I had a thick black curly hair hidden under the egg of my eggs Benedict style breakfast. The hype online is not worth it. I was given my meal and drink for free, however, I think we should have been given the whole meal as a refund as my friend could no longer eat her food after seeing this hair!

    I've visited Parker's London twice now and for all of their positive attributes, unfortunately both times have been severely lacking in service and the experience is not worthy of the prices they're charging in the slightest. They hiked up the price for their Matilda Cake from £24 to £32 within a fortnight which is ridiculous. Some of the servers we had were actually very good at their jobs and attentive when given the chance, however having different servers causes a bit of confusion, both times we were left waiting for a considerable amount of time before we recieved what we asked for. The first time we visited was on the opening day so we gave them the benefit of the doubt because of that, but it clear to see they still have a lot of issues to iron out before they can be said to meet the standards of their other branches abroad. I sincerely hope they take the feedback they are getting on board because it's a shame to have been twice and both times we have been dissapointed, and I'm not the only one with this experience which goes to show it's something they need to prioritise moving forward.
