Parlour Excelsior is a casual diner and craft cocktail bar located on Water St. in downtown Excelsior. Try the famous Parlour Burger, a double patty smash burger with American cheese and pickles or one of our other unique and delicious items while having a craft cocktail. Our menu offers more eclectic dishes in addition to breakfast food all day.

We do not accept reservations, and are walk in only except for private event bookings.

When full, we run a waitlist once you have checked in, in person, with the host and a text message will be sent to you when your table is ready.

I love the new location. The lower level location has a New York feel only a couple blocks from Lake Minnetonka. A fun vibe with great service and the same fabulous Parlour burger. The deviled eggs were a great treat.

Really cool space, great food/drinks & our server Tristan was on point. My group had an amazing time and were all very impressed. Ya’ll are gonna kill it.

We have been to the original Parlour in Minneapolis many times so we had high expectations and this new Parlour delivered! It has a lot of the same fun and energetic vibes we were looking for, and of course the Parlour burger! The staff was attentive and helpful. The "Who you Callin' Jerk" cocktail was fantastic! It's a fun cozy spot and we are excited to go back
