   Beautiful restaurant but extremely loud! Vanessa who helped us was wonderful and so attentive. What threw us off was the food, ordered lamb and found it slightly tough, the flavour used to sauté the vegetables/leafy greens felt overwhelming and took away from the gaminess of the lamb almost reminiscent of a pork chop. The veal was lovely but definitely highly overpriced for what you get. Overall we like to visit new restaurants to taste cuisines so glad we got the chance to try Parma. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lasting impression.

   Wonderful experience. Bella and Vanessa provided us with great service that matched the delicious handcrafted dishes that were truly traditional. Can’t wait to return.

   Place is modern and new. However... Cocktails were $20+? Focaccia was hard and dry. For the sardine pasta to be their popular dish, it did not live up to the expectations with a sliver of sardine on top. Disappointed in the food quality and portions. Will not be coming back.

   What an amazing evening we had a Parma in Hamilton! This restaurant is absolutely incredible with a setting that is tasteful and elegant . The food was beyond delicious from appetizers to dessert. Everything we had was so fresh and homemade. The service was perfect, very attentive but not intrusive. It really was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place!

   From the moment I walked in, our waitress was so nice to us. We were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The food at this restaurant was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was fresh, with high-quality ingredients that showcased the essence of Italian cuisine. We ordered the burrata as a starter then the garganelli pasta. With our first bite of the pasta my husband and I automatically looked at each other and asked what it reminded us of and it was being back in Italy at a restaurant that we went too off the Almalfi Coast. Every bite I took felt like we were back in Italy. It was evident, that the chefs put their heart and soul into creating such delicious dishes. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was truly memorable. The delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff all contributed to a dining experience that felt like I was back in Italy. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their dishes. I highly recommend trying Parma for your next lunch or dinner outing. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the perfect for a meal with friends or family. Grazie mille per un pranzo meraviglioso.

    We had a great dinner at Parma for Valentine’s Day. Our server Vanessa was awesome. The service here is top notch. Something as simple as coat check is very nice! The food was very good, perfect portions and good value. We were shocked by the generous lamb portion. There are a lot Italian spots in the area but this place stands out.
