   This is our new favorite spot in Downtown Disney. It’s an easier reservation to get than most (book via OpenTable) and the quality of food and balance of flavors is excellent. I highly recommend the queso fundido (you can get it without the chorizo, by the way), which comes with a delicious homemade sourdough bread.

   Amazing food, fantastic cocktails and upscale ambience - Paseo had it all. Want to come back every time I’m in the area.

   Service and ambience were great! Was sneaky spicy. I wish in some of the descriptions they would say how spicy the food was.

   Food was good, but it all came out cold! Highlights were the guacamole, cochinita pibil and rajas. I could have skipped the esquites and the Ritual margarita. This is NOT a good spot if you are vegan or vegetarian, but there are lots of gluten free options. Service left much to be desired. Meal was slow to arrive and we had to ask several times before water was brought to the table. Decor is a bit sparse, but cute. There’s balcony seating which could be fun for people watching.

   Paseo doesn’t disappoint. A great experience dining with friends. Our server, Michael, was knowledgeable about the different dishes and made a few recommendations. Order Mama’s cochinita and the guacamole with the pork belly. Desserts are great. Manager, Valerie, is on the floor and engaging guests. We will be back.

   It was a rough experience. They missed out kids meal- got there super late- one of our meals was cold.. we were celebrating a birthday- and the waitress didn’t even bring the birthday candle she was I a rush to get out.
