We had a reservation, but waited 20 minutes for a vacant table we had requested that was open when we arrived and just needed someone to set up with eating utensils. Manager seems disconnected with what’s happening on her floor. She took an order for a glass of wine. Got it wrong. One of the servers who has been working there for years (when restaurant was Catal) figured it out when we ordered a second glass. Appetizers good but fish of the day over cooked. Very expensive for this kind of experience so not good value for diners at Downtown Disney who care about that.

It was really good. I really enjoyed the carne asada plate and the cocktails.

We were so excited! But unfortunately our server was non existent. I would say he was at the table a total of 5 minutes the entire hour and a half we were there. I have been a server for more than 10 years, currently in upscale dining myself. He did not upsell anything, kind of just said “guacamole okay” and ran away. Our busser was incredible! He took our appetizer order after we added 3 more on. 2 of our drinks came out wrong, had to remind him 2 times. Then we asked 3 times for a pink lemonade.At the end he asked if I wanted more sprite, took my glass and never came back with it. Didn’t wish the birthday girl a happy birthday the entire time until we let the gusset, yet again, know. Maybe the host didn’t communicate it, but she definitely wished her a happy birthday ! It was awful service, honestly. The worst I’ve ever had 😵 he wasn’t friendly, didn’t make conversation, just really cold and dry. I could get if it was busy, but your establishment has A TON of support staff, the server should have more than enough time to connect with a guest. Everyone else was amazing and helpful!!! The restaurant was beautiful, food was incredible! However my fiancé (who is a corporate chef for 15 restaurants for the past 12 years) asked to sub out the spaghetti squash and was told “you can’t really do that, it’s a garnish” it was in fact not a garnish, but apart of the meal itself. He didn’t send his plate back so he ate half of my dish and the appetizers along with the shrimp. Almost $400 check, we almost never get to enjoy any weekend nights out, and we were all very disappointed with service. Won’t name drop fully but I believe in the power of reviews. Name starts with “E” last name starts with “S” way to go on everything else!!!!

Limited, but very innovative menu. Reservation honored on time. Excellent chips & salsa that was quite different than other Mmexican restaurants. All 5 entreesarrived together & were plated beautifully. The Yucatan style seabass was cooked to perfection, The meat on both the pork shank & the lamb biriani were fall off the bone tender & juicy. The chicken enchilada plate included 3 large enchiladas. Weallsplit the seasonal snowman dessert which was also gorgeous h cute. Service was well paced & very pleasant.

I specifically called to verify that there was dog friendly seating, I was told that there was. When I arrived at the security checkpoint I was informed that Downtown Disney is NOT dog friendly. The person I spoke with should have given me this information.

Food was good, unfortunately service was slow so we only had drinks and smalls plates.

We went for lunch on Saturday. Downtown Disney parking lot was already filling up so it was a far walk. There were 10 security lanes to go through to get into the Downtown area but Disney only had 2 open so we waited about 45 min in a slow line. Paseo is in the old Catel location and Disney did about the same here as they did to Jazz Kitchen, stripped out all the ambience, including the beautiful bar. Service was slow even though it wasn’t that crowded. Not a fan of the new Disney magic or whatever’s left of it.

Everything we ordered was honestly amazing food. Quick service which is a plus for a Mon day after Disney.
