Inspired by the opulent flavors of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, our dishes are comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from over 25 different local purveyors including Field Day Farm, Freedom Run Farm, 3D Valley Farm, Frondosa Farms, and Barr Farms.
The menu includes made in house pastas, breads paired alongside land and sea paella dishes, vegetarian and omnivore centric entrees, and sharable sides.
Innovative yet simple signature dishes include:
Spicy Greens & Charred Beans Salad with crispy caper and onion vinaigrette;
Harissa Cauliflower Steak with smoked olive, toasted sunflower, coriander gremolata and torn herbs;
Freedom Run Farm Lamb Burger & Potato Wedges with Mahón, Harissa onion jam and Berbère aioli;
NY Strip Steak with patatas bravas, zhug oil and watercress.
Chef Jeremy Frederiksen and his team use our wood fire cookery alongside our favorite spices to create a balanced and authentic culinary experience.

Excellent experience. The Waghu steak was amazing as were the drinks. Michael the bartender makes fabulous cocktails

Some of the best food I’ve had in Louisville in quite awhile. Amazing service and just a wonderful overall experience!! The dessert was outstanding as well!

Food and service and ambience were top notch. Our waitress greeted us and was very friendly and attentive to our large group. Unfortunately, the wood fired oven makes the restaurant smell like a campfire and left everyone in our group also smelling like a campfire. Better ventilation needed in the restaurant to have a subtle smell of wood smoke but not the overwhelming smell we experienced last night.

The restaurant team were top notch, with excellent recommendations and quickly tuning in to our preferences. We dined on apps and split and entree. Great setting looking over the serene outdoor space.

The menu is very creative and the food was fantastic. The ambience was very nice. Tastefully decorated, and great mood lighting. Very upscale food and a good break from typical boring menus. I look forward to returning.

Shared dinner with a co-worker during a trade show in Louisville. We shared an appetizer and the land paella - both were excellent. We did ask the server about the size of the paella and she told us that it's meant for one person but could be shared but might not be enough for two people so we ended up ordering a pasta dish. The paella was MORE than enough for two people to share and it was delicious - the pasta was good but we only had a couple of bites because the paella was more than enough. We also shared the chocolate cake and while the flavor was good, it was a little dry. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Dinner was fantastic from start to finish plus exceptional service. There were five of us for a business dinner.

Paseo has been a very good find in Louisville. Service and food continues to be excellent. The menu offers great variety and the wine list is very good. We will be back.
