   Delicious food and impeccable service. The 600€ bill was a bit much making this a once in a blue moon stop

   Good experience overall but they could have made more of and effort for the birthday celebration that they were given a few days notice on.

   Would appreciate if the waiters would speak louder while describing the food. But overall, a fantastic culinary experience.

   The food is quite innovative and creative. The menu was prix fixe and each course is served with several dishes. It is a fascinating culinary trip. Some dishes were better than others but that is to be expected when they are choosing what you order. I had a special request on the meat course and it was perfect. Was the food absolutely, to die for delicious? Not really but it was excellent. My only gripe was that the waiter had a very challenging accent to understand. I have lived in France and visited for decades. I can understand almost anyone but I could only understand about 60% of what he said. This detracted a bit because you want to hear the explanations of the dishes. This is a great place for a business dinner. It's upscale and lively, without being too loud. Beautiful neighborhood as well.

   Not our night at Passionné…. My experience was very disappointing; I found this place through OT and they had some good reviews so I thought it would be nice to try it. We book at 9pm and the time we arrived they had no clue of our reservation and simply told us they did not have tables available, I showed my confirmation and they insisted our reservation was not in our system, until they realized it was done through OT. After some time dealing with the availability we got one table, the corner table. When we seated, they gave us to menus and after a couple minutes we got the amuse bouche served without having any water poured or any wine offered, they literally placed the plates on the table and run back. I asked someone else to please wait until we get some water or wine at least (when you are spending 140e per person and order a 200e bottle of wine i believe you want to enjoy not to be rushed) We never received any introduction of the menu, nor an explanation of the concept or the style of the cuisine. Unfortunately you see the staff overwhelmed by the operation, and everyone running from one place to another but I believe is not an excuse to receive a very poor service rushing you on every course and not taking care of the details. I know they get so much people that maybe they don’t care but on our side we were celebrating our engagement in Paris and that specific night was very special for us. It is fair to mention that food was unbelievably good, flavors and textures were extremely satisfying. Presentation of the food was very appealing and we really enjoyed the taste of every single dish. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and it kind of gives me an idea of why this stereotype about service in Paris. (Even though I don’t agree with it) Finally we tipped the staff with the 15% from the bill and when you leave not a single farewell was given…

    Great place to celebrate a special birthday or other special occasion. It is a stand out restaurant which will make you remember the celebration.
