   Experience was poor, toilets were disgraceful, and general service and food was very poor, will not be returning

   Always delicious food service a bit slow but it was so busy Disappointed there were no nice cakes when we went downstairs .

   Disappointing last year we had an amazing pizza but this year too much tomatoe base bland buffalo mozzarella. We also started with the calamari this was very average and a very small potion compared to last year. The staff all looked miserable except one .

   I have been here many times and it is not as good as it used to be. The menu for pizza and pasta is less than it has been previous. The tiramisu they used to cut from a large tray (like family style) but they no longer do this. I found the service average. I used to go here for something special but now it has turned into an OK place to have pizza.

   I had to que for 20 mins just to get seated for a pre booked table, then no one came to the table to offer a drink or take the order. Every time we needed a drink or food, we had to try and find someone to serve us. Then a big service charge was added for no service. Such a shame & really disappointed.

   The food was nice, but some of the starters were small in size e.g. the Arancini. The service was very good. However, the ladies' toilets seem like an afterthought. It is also very difficult to get the toilet paper from the dispenser and there was toilet paper ripped up all over the floor as a consequence. Couldn't use the toilet even though there was toilet paper in the dispenser.

   A great experience overall, lovely building and shops/restaurants. I'm sure I will return to buy lots of goodies! Pizza e Pasta was decent value and good food. Good place for a catch-up with friends. We had our table for as as long as we liked, as it happened, but I think 1.5 hours would have felt very rushed when you want to have an evening out.

    Unfortunately our visit on this occasion was not good. The location of our table 201 lacked atmosphere and felt very on the side, not like sitting in the main part. Also our waitress was not very engaging and we could hardly hear her. Food great as always but it has put me off returning as our experience was not good.
