    Very disappointed overall. It took almost an hour (55 mins) for us to get our food. The blackened rib eye they raved about was MEH nothing special. Undercooked as I asked for medium well and there was quite a large amount of blood on it. By then I was already irritated so I ate what I could because I didn’t want us to wait another hour. We arrived at 7:15 and left the restaurant at 9:30. Awful! Manager was no help. Brunette with long hair. She tried justifying rather than taking accountability for the delay. Will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! First impressions are everything!

    Lovely inner prior to the Nutcracker at Segerstrom. Service, cocktails, food, and ambiance all perfect!

    Great place to celebrate any occasion. My friend was celebrating her 70th birthday and Paul Martin’s did not disappoint. I love the ambiance and the food. The Express lunch menu offers a variety of good options. The fried shrimp is one of my favorites. The service was great. Our meal ended with a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion. Thank you! We will be back.

    We were there for Thanksgiving and all the sides we wanted were out. Pretty ridiculous. Green beans, yams, and some other items on the menu were out. It was a disappointment.

    My experience was good. The service was great. The food not so much. I don’t know what it is about Thanksgiving. That changes restaurants. I have been here 3 different times and the food was great… really good. This time the food was horrible. My fillet mignon was under cooked. The food did not have much flavor. The turkey special really had no flavor either. It like they forgot the seasoning. Even the maple glazed yams with marshmallows… not sweet at all. We were really disappointed in our meals. We should have cooked.

    Thanksgiving menu was very good. Generous portions. We were seated outside and for some reason the manager kept opening the shades up as the sun was setting and it was right in our eyes. We had to ask him twice to please keep the shade down until the sun wasn't in our eyes. Also the outdoor tables are made of fake rattan, one of the tables was splitting really bad and actually snagged my Moms shirt. Althoug the top was glass covered, The table needed to be replaced as the middle was sagging and the rattan sides were very frayed. Our server was excellent, she cleared plates on time, refilled beverages and was very on top of it! My FIL's side dishes were forgotten (or never made) so they were brought out late, like halfway thru our meal. Not sure what happened there. Thanksgiving menu was $49 for adults and included pumpkin pie which was nice however the Thanksgiving dinner did not include rolls. We ended up ordering twp prders of cheesy rolls (so 8 rolls) and they were honestly the best rolls I've ever had. Husband ordered the steak dinner (limited menu for Thanksgiving) and he said it was very good. All in all, a good holiday dining experience! We also had tons of leftovers to take home.

    We had 3 different servers so didn’t really know who our server was. The mashed potatoes had some chunks of cold butter in it. Finally, the music was way too loud! The stuffing was overdone and we had to ask for extra gravy. Just a drizzle of gravy over the turkey and nothing else. We asked for more gravy, and they brought us a tiny stainless steel cup of gravy for 2 people!!! The same for the cranberry sauce. Not nearly enough. So, we’ll certainly go back to Paul Martin’s for their regular menu because we’ve been there before. However, they need some practice to pull off Thanksgiving.
