We were celebrating a friends birthday so we organised an afternoon tea for the 3 of us. We were originally booked in the coffee lounge and were moved to a less busy area in the hotel.

Really sad 😞 we can’t book anymore. We are a table of six and my mum is poorly. We come every Sunday, but we can’t now as it will hard to get a big table. It’s was great whilst it lasted…

Poor service and could tell they were understaffed. Waiting 30minutes plus for a drink and wrong orders coming. Only had drinks so can’t comment on food. Also seemed to be struggling with the tabs as bill came twice and was wrong. Still a drink missing by the time we paid. Staff were apologetic and could tell they were struggling.

Fabulous place for a monthly ladies lunch Food delicious as always. Hotel buzzing with a whole range of people - so great for people watching over a glass of wine or two!!! The new coffee shop is fabulous and while the weather holds the outside undercover seating is brilliant. It’s great to sit outside with Willow (our wee dog) and relax- we no longer have to feel guilty about leaving her at home. Would recommend this hotel to anyone as it’s well managed, extremely clean and Everyone is friendly. Willow and her family will be dining there again tomorrow!!
